Looks like it's a common issue here that the owner will say the universal adapter is missing and charges you for it at the end of your stay because that's what happened to us too. When you are brought around the house, please make sure you bring another person with you to verify how many adapters are there in each room. If there is no such adapter, please make sure u report immediately. Otherwise, you will be charged with missing adapter at the end of your stay.Other than that, the house was okay and comfortable for stay. The owner was also kind enough to suggest places of interest. It was sad that the stay ended on a sour note because of the missing adapter incident.

Rate? -10, the owner is very rude and not friendly at all, accused us of stealing het universal adapter, which is already not there when we checked in, just a small item, c',mon, don't be too serious, you can buy another one , alright? very fussy, not suitable for anyone to stay there, not recommend at all, let the homestay broke..... Off course I was the guest there, you think I have nothing to do and just write bad about, you think you are so smart, report to Google, report to embassy, just go ahead, I'm afraid, rude is rude , bad is bad, just accept the guest comment, let me tell you something, I can even give my details to you, no nee google, no need embassy, serve you right, sit on it,.. what do you mean by' be careful when come to hat yai'? Are you threatening me? What's wrong of writing bad review about you, or everybody must write good reviews, that's my experience there, you ask me to be careful, don't forget, everybody is reading this, just admit it... Hey friend.. you better check again what was going on that day, you were arguing with my brother in law about the adapter, you insisted there was an adapter there when we checked in, and we didn't check, thinking not a big deal, and I paid for that adapter by the cost of 50 baht, we spent a night there, how come you said you rejected me because of the photocopy of my passport? You were very rude that morning, and I wrote this review based on my experience there, you want to go police, immigration, Agoda? To get me arrested, fine, let's do it, hope we meet again in Hat yai police station, or maybe immigration office, let them judge, who's right who's wrong, you think you are so advance

This house is really beautiful and clean.. the host Kanya is very kind and helpful.. the spacious living room is suitable for our family of five.. we are very satisfied staying here. Parking is also available.. a safe and quiet neighborhood. Good for peace.. if you want to be noisy, this place is not suitable for you.. it's better to stay in a hotel.. I give 5 stars to all.. *warning for those who bring small children, there are a lot of glass ornaments here. Make sure the children are taken care of. If it breaks, pay compensation. If you steal, you'll sleep here locked up😆😆... don't cheat on the number of guests, Thai law requires all guests to give a copy of their passport to the host..

The owner was very rude toward us from the first day we check in. She tried to charge kids too. This house definitely not suitable for those who come with family. She kept coming telling to don’t make any noise even during night. Oh btw, the upper part of the house made out from wood so there will be noise. The owner also accused us stealing when she actually can’t understand what we were saying and kept saying she will call police. Overall, we had the worst experience in this homestay. I had being to many places in the world but never meet this kind of owner. She is the worst. I would give zero star if I can.
