The place is completely dirty, unusable bathrooms, place without employees, I had to wait 40 minutes to check in. The employee who attended me didn't speak English and was very unpleasant, he didn't know anything about my stay. My worst experience as a guest definitely.

The hostel is located in the depths of the alley. Not noticeable. There is a place to park the motorcycle. Surprisingly, I liked the hostel, it has its shortcomings, but they are minor. On the ground floor near the reception there is a large table for eating, a large refrigerator, a kettle, and generally a full kitchen for preparing food. The only thing I didn’t like was that someone rang the phone at night. But this is not the end, he answered the call and talked very loudly for about 10-15 minutes, it was a Chinese man, unfortunately he didn’t realize that he could go out into the corridor and talk, and not wake everyone up with his conversations. There was a man at the reception, perhaps the owner of the hostel, he does not speak English. His friend came later, he can speak a little English.

Not a good value for money hostel”1. The room type is not the room type I booked. If I want to stay, I will be refunded 100 baht per night as compensation. If I don’t stay, I will appeal to the booking platform for a refund. 2. The public space on the first floor, the bathrooms on each floor, and even the rooms are not open for business. The hotel should be clean. There are almost no people at the counter. The bathrooms are small and dark, and the sheets are wrinkled. 3. The sound insulation is very poor. At night, even the lights in the public spaces and corridors and stairs are turned off. Only buckets are provided in the public areas. Water, no tea bags or coffee bags. 4. It may be during the Lunar New Year, otherwise the price is the worst value for money I have ever stayed in Bangkok.

On 11/24, I booked a room and bed for 4 nights from 12/30 to 1/3 on the Booking app. When I checked in on 12/30 night, the store said there was a message informing me that there were no beds available at noon, which ruined my New Year's Eve plans and mood. , Super Big Thunder Store
