The room was big and reasonably quiet in the back corner of the building. The road out front is a three lane highway on either side of a concrete divider . You’re going to hear it. I slept fine. The only close is Thai food, one of which is affordable and delicious. There is no western food less than a 20 minute walk. There is a CVS 15 minutes in the same direction as Euro food that is overpriced and not great depending on what you usually eat. I moved to a hotel closer to the night market that provided breakfast. For the price this was a great stay. Management could have been more helpful. I wouldn’t stay there again based on location.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Thailand so far! Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I was able to just walk in and book a room last minute. Not a far walk from all the restaurants and bars.

Excellent hotel, we stayed for 5 nights and stayed for two weeks. Very clean, cleaning every day plus two bottles of water daily. The night market is within walking distance, and there is an excellent cafe across the road a little to the left. The beach is two kilometers away, but we like to walk, it’s good for the heart. We will definitely come back here.

This is fine if you have good mobility. The beach is a 10/15 walk away, you have many restaurants, bars nearby and a very pleasant market. Lots of food and drinks. …

Very good hotel! Sufficient Room, we had a room without window because we had chosen it (budget) but that's not a problem because the air conditioning does its job well, hotel well located, clean, very friendly staff, a great swimming pool at the bottom of the quiet garden with deckchair, mattresses etc... Not far from the lively center, from the market, from the beach. I recommend.
