We stayed in Sava Beach Villas and we occupied all the villas for one week. Actually we had a great stay because the other staff and service was good. We moved to different villa and we forgot our new facial wash and came back the next day to checked. The manager treat us poorly while we ask for our facial wash. And he said they throw it away but that’s completely brand new.

DO NOT use them!! I made a horrible mistake because I based my judgment on their reviews. I booked one of their villas back in May of 2024 through Airbnb, which was confirmed. In August I received an email from Elite Heaven's representative who asked me if I would be willing to move to another villa because a guest before my reservation wanted to extend their stay. I have traveled and stayed all over the world and have NEVER been asked to change my reservation to accommodate other guests. I refused to change or cancel my confirmed reservation.Then, I received a message from the Head of reservation who informed me that it was in fact the owner who wanted to stay at the villa and apologized for the miscommunication and that they were going to uphold my reservation and there would be no changes.I contacted Airbnb to explain the situation and they informed me that if the host cancels a confirmed reservation, they will be heavily fined and that I have the right to uphold my reservation.The Head of Reservation emailed me again with an offer to “upgrade” and the offer was almost laughable because it was nowhere similar to what I have originally booked. The view of the villa was awful, it was further away from the sea and it didn't meet our expectations. I expressed this to the Head of Reservation and instead of trying to resolve their issue and instead of coming back with another villa, my reservation was canceled which was initiated by the host. I received an email from the Head of Reservation stating that the “new owner” wanted to stay at the villa and they had to cancel my reservation. At this point, I have received 3 different stories from them. They were WILLING to pay a heavy fine to Airbnb to cancel a confirmed reservation and that truly shows how much they “value” their guests. We are currently 2 months away from our trip. Me and my family have no place to stay.If you want to save yourselves from the inconvenience and stress, please use a different company because Elite Heavens will not exceed your expectations. I would never want them to host me and my family.

Excellent group of villas. Value for money. Good accommodation for large group with kids. Not luxurious but comfortable and good enough for family travellers. The view from the villa is stunning, we will definitely go back again

What a splendid experience our family had at Villa Roxo! We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids (3 and 6) and stayed for 4 nights. Our days were spent mostly in the pool and beach, and during the hottest part of the day after lunch, we played board games, watched tv, napped, and the adults did massages as well.The villa was huge and clean, and there were alot of entertainment options - table tennis, kayaks and body boards, foosball table, a mahjong set, bicycles etc. Villa Roxo is a great place to just unplug and chill, and spend quality time with family.Granted the location is far from the tourist traps eg phuket old town (1 hour) and Patong (1.5 hrs) and there is nothing much to do around the villa, the draw is that we were away from tourists and had the amazing beach pretty much all to ourselves at most times.Finally, the crown jewel of Villa Roxo is the staff. Khun Tida and Khun Dada were amazing hosts who helped us with everything we needed from shopping for our provisions and food, to keeping the house spick and span - deliverying impeccable service with warm and friendly smiles every time. Khun Koy was our chef and she has a magical touch in the kitchen, delivering first class food, whether Thai or Western, every single meal. We all over ate but it was very much worthwhile. All 3 of these ladies are amazing and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Thank you so much!

It is a beach with very beautiful sea water. The water is clear and green, the view is beautiful, not during the festival there are few people, it's quiet and peaceful.
