Inexpensive and clean accommodation with a small pool. The rooms are of course simply furnished, but sufficient. The boss is very nice and is happy to help with any concerns (scooters, transport, ...). It is about 15 minutes on foot to the beach and the center of Khaolak. There is also a simple breakfast, the sandwich was very good. I recommend this house.

I made a reservation online, so when I went there, I was surprised that it was so different from the picture. I couldn't even go into the swimming pool, and I had no choice but to negotiate the price because I had to pay on-site rather than through Agoda. Breakfast was not included~I changed the bathroom faucet and used it, but it was obvious that it quickly turned yellow.The beach and the supermarket are far away, so we had to walk more than 1,000 steps every day.Swimming was not allowed on the beach and all you could see was the ocean.I think I should lower my expectations for Khao Lak.We recommend lodging near Bangsak Beach.

Great price-performance ratio. The rooms are very simple, but clean and completely sufficient for sleeping. The rooms have a refrigerator and air conditioning. The facility is attractive. You can't hope for a luxury resort for the price. There is a nice little pool. The lady in the office is incredibly friendly and helpful. Minus point: There is no fly screen or mosquito net, and unfortunately no possibility of hanging up your own net. And our room was extremely small, hardly any space to open the suitcase. But if you have to/want to keep an eye on money, this is the place for you.

Nice little guest house with several bungalows and a small pool.The bungalows are very simple and consist of a room and a toilet with shower and sink. The bungalow is very spartan, but has a relatively large refrigerator. Everything is clean and let's say functional. The toilet or bathroom is definitely in need of renovation, but is completely sufficient if the requirements are low.The staff is very friendly and helpful. Communication in English went well. You can rent a scooter directly from the guesthouse for 150 to 250 baht per day. A laundry service is also available for 50 baht per kilogram of laundry. The location is a bit out of the way and you have to walk about 10 minutes to the beach or to the restaurants in town. Alternatively it would be 2 minutes with a scooter.We really liked it here. So if you don't have high expectations of your accommodation, you're in great hands here. If the situation arises, we would be happy to come back again.

Simple guest houses with a minimum of amenities. The rooms are spacious but minimalistic: a table, a wardrobe, a bed, and a large refrigerator.The bathroom is very basic, but the shower has good water pressure and a powerful water heater.Each house has a small terrace with a table and plastic chairs.There is a swimming pool and several sun loungers on site. True, the water in the pool is highly chlorinated.The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. Warm and very hospitable hosts are always ready to help. At the hotel you can rent a scooter (from 150 baht), have your clothes washed, order a taxi or transfer.

Lovely people. Little bungalows with tons of character. 10 min walk from beach. Nearby shops and eateries. Parking available out front for cars opposite the entrance on grass. Parking inside entrance area for scooters and bikes. Grab a very reasonably priced fresh made breakfast on site (toast, eggs pancakes, fruit etc) before heading out for the day. Spacious and very clean rooms with socket next to bed. Fridge and A/C in room. Family run locally owned business. Boom (don't know if I'm spelling that right) is the lady who runs the place. She is really lively and loves to chat if you have 10 (more like 30) minutes to spare. If you like English style tea make sure to ask for very hot water 😆

Nice and helpful owners. We have lived there for many years but the resort needs a major refresh. Bad pressure in the shower. Worn and messy.Far from the beach the nearest beach (250 meters) is unfortunately destroyed by weather and wind.Unfortunately cannot recommend it at this time.

Best value for money I have ever experienced. Super nice owner. We were there for 10 days and would have loved to stay! The pool was great, the rooms were great and the location was great!
