We loved staying at this hotel. We were there alone and received excellent service from all the hotel staff. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is friendly. The pool is great too. The location is also close to a street with restaurants and a market. We will definitely return here soon.

The hotel is really nice and inexpensive. Rooms were very clean and we were happy to have booked the hotel not in the middle of the very touristy beach sections but on what felt like a more local main street (which you really don't notice anything about in the hotel). We were able to book scooters through the hotel, which were brought to the hotel a short time later.Breakfast is included, although very basic, as we were already guests there in the low season at the end of April. We had a really nice time and would love to come back.

We were there for 1 week in March 2024 and were very excited. Very beautiful and well-kept gardens. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, set back from the nearby highway, which you definitely won't notice as soon as you enter the resort. Everything is very airy and open and very green. Pool area completely adequate and very clean - we had a villa with access to the knee-high pool, which is more ideal for chilling out. The villas are unbeatably spacious and fully equipped inside and out. The service staff were all very friendly - we were always helped quickly, especially at the front desk, and the usual guest concerns were all resolved (late check out, taxi to the beach, transfer to the airport, etc.). We would have expected more breakfast and it could certainly be better. We then exchanged that for the nice offers at the front of the street...recommended: Banana house, coffee bar or buy fruit directly at the market stall. Mango Cafe was unfortunately closed. We really liked the location on the edge of Biang Niang, a little off the beaten track. Easily accessible running route. Walk to several food options and of course a 7/11 nearby although we preferred the local supermarket. The fresh market and night market are all on foot. To get to the beach you should take a scooter or taxi. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back...✌️🫶🙏

I really wanted to give this place a 5 stars. I really do but where they fall short is their receptionist. There are two staff one morning one afternoon that would not greet us when we go in or out of through the lobby. I wonder if it’s because we are Thai. Because they would greet every foreigners that go by. How did I know? Because I was waiting for my sister and watch them greeted other guests but never did once for us.The lady receptionist at night even told us not to lose a key card or we will be charged after we asked for extra key since we wanted to keep the AC cold by leaving one key they gave us in the room. Every 5 stars properties I have stayed at even leave the key in with cool AC for their guests. It’s just mind blown how different we felt like we were being treated as a paying guests. Let alone, just because we were Thai. Now, the positives:The location isn’t next to the beach but it’s ok, we had a car. And there were no kids so it felt very private and peaceful. The property is stunning. We booked the pool villa and it was so beautiful at night and morning. The flowers in this property are so lovely. We were on the street side where I wish they would have build a wall to separate the property from seeing to the street.Breakfast was included but it was below average that we didn’t even eat there after our first morning.the bell boy and house keeper on the other hand, were so lovely, hard working, and kind. We love them!
