Beautiful hotel right on the quiet, wide, sandy beach with many dining and massage options. Breakfast is very varied. Rooms nicely furnished and nice pool area.

Went to stay last time and was not very impressed with the lateness of the rooms. On the website that we reserved, check-in is at 2:00 p.m., but when we go to the counter, the staff says that check-in is at 3:00 p.m., which makes us have to wait for 1 hour. The staff only informs us that we can wait at the hotel cafe for a while.And when it was time to check in at the stated time of 3:00 p.m., the hotel still hadn't finished clearing the room, causing us to have to wait another 20 minutes late without any apology. Hotels of this level should maintain better standards than this.Overall the rooms are beautiful, the atmosphere is good, there are many activities to do.

A great hotel. We got a free upgrade to a better room. The entire facility is very well maintained. The pool is fantastic. The hotel is located directly on the sea, with good access. The beach is cleaned regularly.The food was great, the prices are similar to those in Germany or a little cheaper.There is also a free shuttle service to a night market and a nearby town.After a later check-out at 2 p.m., we were able to stay in the hotel until the evening and also take a shower there before heading to the airport.All around good service.

Definitely, the hotel doesn’t have 5 stars: the staff speak in English poorly, questionable food quality, spa just awful, don’t waste money on it. However, rooms, beach and view are good, swimming pool is not bad and has a bar inside

Really nice location so as the people there! Frank the manager was really nice to us! He recommended us a lot of stuff, and he was really friendly. He also helped to organise the birthday of my family, it was unforgettable! Would go there every time again!!! 🤍🇹🇭

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The food provided by their restaurant was scrumptious and well presented.But what made my experience were the staff - Nene went above and beyond when it came to any issues that occurred (all were external, I had no issues with the resort). Nan was also greatly helpful when it came to me needing to aquire an overnight bus ticket. They both always had a big smile on their face, it made me feel very welcomed.Finally i’d like to end this with a special thanks to Mano and Junji, also very helpful and cheerful :)I highly recommend this resort to anyone that’s looking to stay in this area!

We stayed at this hotel from September 5th to September 15th, 2024 and were very disappointed. The check-in was quite unfriendly. In a 5* star hotel I expect a certain level of service. For example, that luggage is brought to the room. This was not the case, we had to carry our own luggage.The complex is beautifully designed and the location is also very nice, but the rooms are not of 5* standard. We had no hand towels, the shower gel was empty for 3 days and not refilled. On the second day we were woken up by housekeeping at 8:30 a.m. because the room needed to be cleaned. The floor in the room was mopped more poorly than well.One evening all the furniture at the bar was moved and there was loud swearing. The next day we found out from fellow travelers that this was probably the son of the Austrian hotel owner, who got drunk with his girlfriend at the hotel bar every day. An absolute no go.We asked for a late checkout because our return flight didn't leave until the evening. Here we almost had to fight about not having to pay anything. The hotel was almost empty, so they could have at least accommodated us here. We also had construction noise in the room right next to us for 3 hours the day before. This was probably the reason why the late checkout was ultimately approved.On the day of departure we came back from lunch and couldn't get into our room because the card was already blocked. We first had to look for a maid to get into the room.We also had to carry our luggage through the pouring rain to check out. We booked the airport shuttle through the hotel and were picked up at 5:30 p.m. Here we would have assumed that our luggage would at least be picked up in the room, since it was known when we were leaving.At the reception we were told why we didn't call and ask for help with our luggage. Maybe we could have been told earlier that this was a possibility.The food is good, but there wasn't even any variety at breakfast, just the exact same thing every day.We will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend the hotel.

Very dirty hotel, bad small and bed dirty. They change our room because of the bad small of the mould in the A/C. The restaurant is not bad. Not recommended, is not a good hotel.MOULD everywhere, check photos.

the staff was really nice, helpful and respectul. the hotel itself deserves 10 stars at least, the food was excellent and the view was breathtaking. |also a special shout out to Nan who was our driver on the trips to the night market, he is a very nice man and a very good exemple of how amazing thai people are.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Eden Resort. We had a beautiful, large room with pool access, which was cleaned very well every day. The pool was also cleaned of leaves etc every day. The breakfast with freshly prepared egg dishes and a lot of choice got the day off to a good start. The staff was always very, very friendly. We'd love to come back! Thank you for unforgettable days!

Had a great stay at Eden Beach Khao Lak Resort & Spa. Lovely spacious rooms, beautiful swimming pool and beach right next to the hotel. The staff is really great, I have not often met so many friendly, sweet, thoughtful people. The food you can order (room service or in the various restaurants is tasty and there is a lot of choice). If you have the chance, I would recommend eating a la carte instead of using the buffet. Unfortunately, during my stay I suffered from a kidney stone, which meant I had to go to hospital by ambulance. Also arranging a doctor, ensuring that I was brought to the ambulance from the room and asking several times after my return how I was doing, was very helpful to me. A special thank you to Nan, who missed no opportunity to make our stay wonderful!

We spent two weeks in July in this lovely hotel. Since it was the rainy season and therefore low season, the complex was never full. We had a pool suite - number 610 is highly recommended - sea view and no neighbors opposite! The room was nice, there was enough space. Room service was great. Water was freshly refilled and there were also enough bath and hand towels! A beach bag is also provided.We only had breakfast (tasty and varied) and didn't regret it. There was a delicious and very cheap restaurant right on the beach (1 minute from the hotel), ideal for lunch or a fruit shake in between! In the evening we walked down the street; there were many places to eat well in the small town.The Deli Cafe, which is located in the hotel complex, is highly recommended - great pastries!Fitness center was well equipped!The hotel offers free shuttle service to the Night Market and Khao Lak City. We used it, but it wasn't recommended. It's better to go on other excursions (Monkey Temple, Phi Phi Islands, National Park, Coconut Beach).All in all, the hotel is highly recommended, our 7 year old child was also thrilled!
