If you're not ready, don't open it. I don't know if the owner has had the opportunity to stay anywhere else or not. The price and quality of service, rooms, breakfast are not worth it. We booked a mountain view room with 2 bathtubs for a price of 2000 baht including breakfast. When we arrived, one bathtub was usable and one was not. The water heater is broken. The room condition is shabby. Breakfast has only 2 types to choose from. That is eggs and sausage or boiled rice and a glass of water. That's it. We ordered scrambled eggs and sausage and got scrambled eggs that were almost like an omelet, cold sausage, pre-fried rice, reheated and served with a glass of water. Just 1 glass of water, no refill. Finish with just 1 glass. There's McGee and ketchup in a cup. When it's finished, if you're not ready, don't open it. The staff did the same as requested.

There were only eggs + 2 pieces of sausage + french fries and rice porridge, coffee, and no other drinks. There was only one glass of water. (Usually other places have many to choose from, depending on what you want to eat.)4. Half a day has already passed. The employee said that they would collect a deposit of 200 baht for the room key. Don't recommend, don't tell others, go as a group to organize an activity there, stay for 1 night, spend 50,000 baht for 24 adults + 3 children, stay for one night, plus you can't swipe your card, you have to make a reservation to pay even though when we talked we said we could swipe. And the side dish is very bad. The first meal has a choice of fried rice. Rice with basil, curry rice + fried egg, water. If you want to drink cold water, you have to pay separately. The buffet was terrible, 400 baht per head, stereo system 140 baht per person. At this price, you can eat well and luxuriously. This only gets fried rice + 5-6 trays of rice. There's no additional additions, that's it. 400×27 = 6 trays of rice. Is it worth it? In the morning, there's only scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and boiled rice to choose from, very limited quantities. Elsewhere, they also have many to choose from and scoop them yourself. And there is no activity. But it's all gone like this. Think about how much blood is being pumped here. The shuttle should be free. But it's good that the shuttle driver is sweet and friendly. But go look elsewhere. At least if you have to pay 60, you'll have a ticket to exchange for any of the above water. The room was not clean. After cleaning once, release it. People who came to stay later did not go to take care of the order. Let the dust fill the bed. The service staff made a dull face. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. But one thing is. There should be a small iron door separating the rooms. Because when we were staying, there were people who came to visit and used the bathroom. As for the food, I have to give it to them. The admin responded to the page and responded without wanting to answer. The staff was thinking about paying for the pool but were busy talking on the phone. When talking, they make faces, speak poorly, and the pool doesn't match the cover. The water is not fun to play in. Wasting money for free swimming, terrible staff, if you had seen other reviews first you probably wouldn't have come. Once is enough.

It's good to create content on social media. Make it worth using the service. But.....the service is terrible for both the page admin and employees. My face doesn't welcome guests..... And who would want to use the service again? It's so bad!!!!!!!!!!!! Who will take a break and think carefully???? Room prices are not cheap. When booking a room, we understood in another way. The page admin understands in another way. cause misunderstandings Receiving answers from admins from asking for directions It is considered very bad service, speaking bluntly. 2 rooms price 3600฿. The room is very small. When I asked about an extra mattress, I thought it was included because I said I would take an extra mattress. In summary, not including having to pay another 600฿ on site, totaling 4200฿, but getting a thin picnic mattress. Which we paid every baht and didn't sleep with it and didn't get the money back. I was very annoyed for an hour and then came out. Drove for over 2 hours specifically to bring the children to stay. Admin is not okay at all. Unfriendly words and the room was very hot. Turn on the air conditioner number 16 and it was still hot. The bathroom was too small for large people. Downstairs in the repair room, loud music is played, not in the mood for relaxation at all. When we checked out only 1 hour after arriving. The admin sent an apology to give some vouchers and some free pork katha. When calling to talk, why don't you respond well to the customer? I don't understand either. Just a misunderstanding about the extra mattress, that's all, but they spoke to us in a bad tone. As for the cashier with short hair, he speaks well and explains better than the admin.

Expensive food, ice cream...20 signs When paying, it was 45 baht. Waiting in line for a long time. Ordered green tea and iced coffee for 70-90 baht per glass. After 50 minutes, I still hadn't eaten, but I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. It's about to return to rain. They gathered together in front of the counter. We couldn't return because we had to take a shuttle up. The road was very steep and we weren't allowed to take our own vehicles up there. Must pay for the shuttle. Or you have to walk up yourself 100% by shuttle bus, all 60 baht. Got a 20 baht discount coupon for a restaurant. When I returned, people came and fought to get on the bus and take me down. Until some people had to walk down on their own. Because it was the evening and it was raining, I was afraid the rain would be heavier than before. This place is suitable for taking children to play. It probably isn't suitable for me.
