Good price, the room is a duplex type but not very big. The bathroom does not have wet and dry sections. Suitable for sleeping only.

Beautiful accommodation, looks good, soft bed, comfortable to sleep. But the only place where there is a trash can is in the bathroom. On the 2nd floor, there is no trash can near the bed. And tissues are only available on the bottom floor of the desk. There aren't any on the second floor as usual. I'd like to have trash cans and tissues on both floors. And there's also the issue of curtains that aren't blackout. Makes the morning light shine into both the front and back of the house. Makes it impossible to sleep since the light comes in at 7 a.m. The wifi is disconnected sometimes.

Beautiful, minimalist accommodation, suitable for taking photos. The breakfast was very delicious. Fried eggs, sausage and boiled rice It's like getting a whole house. There's a front and back of the house, two floors, and a bathroom on the ground floor. I had to pee late at night and had to run down to the bathroom. But the location is in an alley similar to a small village. There is no fence around the front. Staying alone is considered quite dangerous. Plus the room doesn't keep sound at all. The birds and lizards in the room chirped all night. The air conditioner is at the end of the upstairs bed, making the downstairs very hot, and the upstairs very cold. There is no dining table downstairs. You have to eat where you put on makeup. Thinking that 2 people come and have to take turns eating, soap, clean towels, 2 bottles of water, but in the room where the food was placed, ants came. The room doesn't have a view.

Comfortable accommodation, minimalist style, but not uncomfortable. Self check in greatly reduces the discomfort from the front counter. It is very convenient if you come with your own car. Next time if there is a chance, will definitely stay again.

“Clean & Hygiene ”The place we stay is clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out. Dont worry on the check in part as they will send you a chat on the guidance how to check in and out. Will highly recommend it to people who rent car in Pattaya as the nearest convenient shop is around 15 to 20min walking distance.

Beautiful, clean, on the cover, but be careful about the ants. There are a lot of them. You have to look carefully when wearing shirts and sheets.Quiet. WiFi can't play games. Sad.There is parking only for the room.Other than that, everything is good.

The bathroom is on the ground floor, the room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the TV doesn't have many programs. It is considered another form of accommodation, not expensive, not even close to the beach, Kad Ban Amphur is considered a quiet beach, not chaotic. The sea water is beautiful and clean. But they're not very far apart. The rooms are clean, beautiful, have WI-FI, excellent utilities. Even though there aren't many rooms, the parking space fits the room. Quiet and relaxing. The admin takes care of the room and gives various suggestions about the restaurant. Place route All sorts of things can be said. Even though this trip was impressive.
