The room is a bit small but has all the things. There is a good common area. Suitable for families. There is a pool and ball house.

I have been to this place about 4 times and each time I stayed longer than 1 month. I have stayed in different units but I highly recommend 1st floor with pool access. The one bedrooms are good for 2 adults and child . The property is maintained well and the staff is friendly and helpful . I like the location because everything you need is near. And if you get the urge to party walking street and the soi’s are 20- 30 minutes north. Highly recommend !!!

Very beautiful area, the pools are deep enough to swim. In the sales office area there is a children's area, a library and work area, a gym, and a sauna. The zones are delimited by a fence, but using the key you can go to any zone and swim.1 bedroom is quite functional, it can even accommodate a family with 2 children, if not for a long time.

The first is cozy apartments that are pleasing to the eye in Provence style 🙂 (in general, something French)Lively environment, with a multinational composition of residents. There are a lot of families with children, which is nice.

Nice condo, lots of pools, water slides. The apartments are new and beautiful. There is a gym with a sauna and a children's playroom. Nearby are 7/11 and Tops stores, in the condo there is a restaurant and a cafe, next to a small cafe with Thai cuisine, in the evening there are stalls with various food and vans-tents with fruit, a small vegetable market is within walking distance. 300 m walk to the beach.

A bit remote, but not that far of a tuk-tuk stop. Plus there is a free shuttle service 3 times a day.The state of public places is a little tired. Something is being put in order, but something is being turned a blind eye.For children there is a nice swimming pool with slides, beautiful courtyards. There is a children's room, a gym and a local cafe. You don’t have to go anywhere in the city 😂

Awesome place to stay at for the price. They have cool swimming pools and it’s very peaceful. Close to the beach and they have cafes/restaurants. Just be carful if you are walking at night to 7/11 or something cuz we saw 2 snakes on the road and they were poisonous.

Although rooms are small I enjoyed my time in the 1 bed 1 bath unit on the top floor away from the pool. Room was pretty quiet most of the time. Loved the location close to the beach and Jomtien beach road.

It's clean and interesting. The disadvantage is that there are not enough parking spaces. If you come back late, you have to walk a long way to park your car. There are many swimming pools which are fun.

Honestly, it's like being in the middle of a forest in the middle of a mountain. There is no internet signal in every system. Bad signal. Some rooms don't pay for internet. So there was no Wi-Fi to use, the water pipes, the pool were old, and the pillars around the bridge were all rusted and decayed. The water park has few and old players. There are a lot of birds in the building pooping all day long. Kitchen utensils do not include mortar and pestle. There is no blender. There are only cups, plates, spoons, forks, small pots + pans, water glasses, coffee mugs. There is an electric stove, an electric pan, and a large refrigerator. The drain in the shower is clogged. Good that the air conditioner is cool. The room is spacious and clean.
