Won't come again! Please upgrade the reality in Agoda as well to see what the reality is like.It's not just about taking beautiful pictures and posting them for people to see.Everything in the room All old but deterioratedThe breakfast line has almost nothing at all. The price for each additional child is 300 baht per head. Think for yourself, is it reasonable with your hotel's breakfast line? There is almost nothing that children can eat. I have never stayed in a hotel and encountered anything like this before.

I do not recommend this hotel. I feel that it was once the best but now i can’t see even a person who has booked a room in here. So, it feels like ghosted and eerie. The Amount i paid is too high but room is not at all great. The Location is too good.

Dear Hotel Management,I recently stayed at ambassador hotel pattaya for 4 nights, from 16th to 20th July However, I ended up checking out 1 night early check-out on 19th July due to the extremely poor level of service and cleanliness at your hotel.The overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below my expectations. The room was not clean when I arrived, with visible dirt and debris on the floors The housekeeping service during my stay was also subpar, I found the majority of the staff, aside from the front desk, to be unhelpful and unpleasant. Several times I requested assistance or had questions, only to be met with rude and dismissive responses from employees.In the end, the poor conditions and treatment made my stay unbearable, leading me to check out early and find alternative accommodation. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I did not receive the level of satisfaction I had expected and paid for.I hope you will look into these issues and take corrective action to improve the quality of your hotel.Sincerely,Ahmed Al Balooshi

Here is a short review of your hotel stay:The hotel experience was disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible dust and dirt throughout. The service was poor, with staff frequently denying our reasonable requests. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay due to the lack of cleanliness and unhelpful attitude of the staff beside reception I would not recommend this hotel to others based on this experience.

That's right, according to other comments. It's quite old. You can eat breakfast. It's good that it's right next to the sea. You can walk along the beach in the evening and chill.

The rooms are wide but don't quite meet the needs of the modern era. There are no bedside plugs and few plugs. The water is hotter than it is hot. You have to turn on the water for about half an hour to get it hot. Breakfast is not suitable for the room price. But it's good to have a private beach and a big swimming pool.

Give stars some fun with this accommodation. The hotel used to be very famous, but now it's like an old person. It has deteriorated over time. If you stay here, you will encounter many ancient things: a high-rise lobby with a view of the elevator going up and down, similar to Pata, a fire control cabinet in the bedroom + a hairdryer, and a light, consistent wind force. 🤣+Classic lamp, wooden furniture, door connecting the bedroom, connecting both sides. The bed doesn't lock on the wheels, it doesn't move around, haha. The water will be hot when you open all 3 faucets and wait 5-10 minutes (technique for drawing hot water, the technician said)In this inconvenience, you will get a room with an average price of a thousand baht (coming to stay in 2024) including buffet breakfast. The view of the sea and the beach is very peaceful. Come stay on Sat-Sun, but there are few people, so few that you feel empty. Don't worry about parking. If anyone likes this atmosphere, you'll love it. The pool is friendly, big, spectacular, not serious about swimming clothes, t-shirts, shorts. Relaxing. Good location, next to the main road, no traffic because it's before Pattaya city. Food around. Easy to find and delicious.Traveling depends on your perspective 😙

Stayed at this hotel because I came to see the Flex 104.5 Aqua Fest concert at Columbia Pictures Water Park. Reserve without thinking too much. Because by the time the concert ends it's midnight. Had only slept for a few hours and then returned. During this time, the hotel is closed for repairs. You can only stay in the Ocean Wing building, but this building also has some floors closed for repairs. We stayed in a deluxe room. The room is spacious but in old condition. The bathroom is clean but the water heater doesn't work. Bathe it all while it's cold. Too lazy to inform the staff because I came back late and wanted to sleep. Still good, the bed and bedding are clean and you can sleep comfortably. The breakfast is a buffet with a reasonable line of food. If compared to the number of guests staying like this, it is considered okay.

In March, I went to rest because I had to run errands here. Don't want to travel far, afraid of traffic jams everywhere, can hardly sleep at all. The condition of the room is old. The inside is very musty, musty smell, gloomy atmosphere. Old furniture, TV switch, old lights, no plugs to charge your phone, very old carpet, when you sleep at night it's like there's something standing at the foot of the bed. I went when I was 9 years old. Now I'm 27 years old, looking for information and wanting to try to stay again. But after looking at many reviews, it's not worth going.It is a hotel that we remember clearly. and always remembered the name Because in my memory it is really very good. But in the past I remember it being expensive. So I didn't dare go again....Before, it looked very good. Guests can say it's full. Because wherever you walk, there are people. Most are foreigners.The morning buffet food was excellent, international. I don't remember eating all of it. The pool has many zones and there are many people in every pool.It's a shame that now it's like this.But at that time, I remember that the room had a bit of a musty smell. It smells like a doctor.Times have changed. Everything really changed. If the hotel does not develop with the times It probably won't come back to boom easily.

Terrible! We visited ocean wing in April 2024.There are no special complaints about the decoration of the room, just like in 2016-2019. But... There are no slippers, no chopsticks, toothbrushes, razors, toothpaste, creams, etc. toilet paper every three days. For breakfast there are only two types of rice and something spicy for gravy. For coffee... nothing, no jams, no buns Nothing! Those who have been here before are all in shock!There is only one plus, if you like solitude, there were only 5 occupied rooms out of the entire hotel.Try to avoid this hotel!
