The swimming pool is now closed ! , after they taking my money on arrival they told me sorry !! i asked about to return my money and they told me non refundable so i receive a services !i booked many hotels but this is the worst services i sawfor anyone need a confortable its not here !

First of all, if you are going to close all hotel facilities for renovation you need to make this clear on all booking platforms so guests are aware they will not be receiving what you advertise. Simply advising guests on arrival that everything is closed is not good enough and misleading.Therefore I can only review the room. They are comfortable enough, but very small. Not much noise insulation and unfortunately cockroaches in the bathroom.To top it off, they tried to charge me 100b for a missing spoon upon checkout! Seems like a scam to hold as much as guests security deposit as possible.I wont be back and suggest checking out the other similar priced hotels in the area that will treat you better.

Have stayed in this hotel many times.The man at the front desk was not professional enough. Before I left, he forgot to give me my passport after printing it out when I wasn't paying attention. Fortunately, I checked it in time. Otherwise, I would have delayed my flight because of him. And When my deposit slip was lost,he obviously had a bad attitude.

Stay Aug 6,2024The location is very good, on the roadside at BTS Chong Nonsi.There is an elevator. The room is not big but clean, has a window, comfortable to stay, has all the amenities.A deposit of 1,000 baht is required upon check-in.The check in & out process is fast and polite.There are many shops around. And it's close to TLS, easily walkable.

Absolutely incredible location. BTS literally RIGHT in front of the hotel making it so easy to get around Bangkok. The women who work at the front desk are wonderful and overall very helpful. Seriously the service was stellar.Deducting a star for a few minor problems we encountered:(1) elevator down — the only elevator broke during the middle of the day during our stay. This wasn’t a huge problem for us, but my 70 year old father-in-law certainly didn’t love going up and down 7 flights of stairs… twice(2) smell coming from the drains of our unit — My in-laws had booked the room right next to us and did not encounter any stinky-ness. Toward the end of our stay, some drain flies had hatched (they’re completely harmless and we’ve dealt with them before back in the states, so it certainly wasn’t the end of the world for us.) Additionally 708 had a bit of a hot water problem. Our water did not get nearly as warm as the in-laws.I would absolutely, without a doubt stay here again. Best hotel we stayed at in Thailand.

Rooms are small, even executive upgrade. Pool and restaurant were closed for maintenance.I was concerned about fire safety because all room exits to balcony were locked and not to be opened.Smaller rooms had no access to balcony at all. The only fire exit was back through hotel corridors to stair exits.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Chong Nonsi BTS station.Check-in was super quick, the staff was very friendly. However, a deposit of 2000 Bath is required - in cash!The middle category room faces the street - and the "windows" let almost all of the noise from the street inside. Here you need a very good night's sleep, otherwise you won't find any rest at night.We once had to move in the middle of the night because our air conditioner suddenly made a very loud noise. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. And the room in the best category was a corner room with the window to the side - it was reasonably quiet here.Therefore, when choosing a room, always make sure to choose a room on the side and not on the street!What was absolutely disappointing was that the pool on the roof is currently being renovated and neither it nor the roof terrace can be used! We had previously communicated with the hotel by email, so some information in advance would have been good!

A joke. On arrival they told us the pool was under maintenance so we couldnt use it for a month. We also couldnt use the rooftop, so the whole point of booking an expensive hotel in the city was unusable. the restaurant on the level below was also closed, so again no breakfast option available.The hotel said they had an agreement with another hotel nearby to use the pool, but that is NOT what we paid for. I don’t want to walk around Bangkok to take a quick dip in a pool, that’s the whole point of having it in my hotel.There was no discount, no other options. Our room doesn’t even have a balcony so there is no way outside other than the street.None of this was explained to us at the time of booking, and was booked through Agoda who are just as useless. Don’t come here for at least 3 months if you were expecting a nice beer by the pool after a day of walking around.

We booked this hotel because it has a roof top pool and deck area. Also a resturant which made it easy to get breakfast etc. We arrived and all of the facilities are closed for a month. No discount, no apologies no anythingPoor communication and they are still advertising rooms with an available pool

Rooftop, 8th floor, the guy in the restaurant has very bad manners and has tattoos.Full sleeves, very rude speech You don't have the face of a chef. You need to retrain your manners. To speak in public You don't need anyone to teach you. You should have it yourself. Don't see it later. hotel receptionist Speak well and have the greatest manners. Come see...the mood of the stay is completely ruined.

the hotel rooms are value for money, especially considering BTS Chong Nonsi station is just 5-10 minutes walk from hotel, the chinese restaurant at the hotel entrance is also value for money, the dishes are yummy and prices reasonable, also vast menu choice

No complains. The location is so awesome since we are just a walking distance from the highest building in Bangkok. There is a restaurant in the first floor that is so yummy and cheap. Only reason I can't give it 4 stars is the fact that it lacks a bit compared to the upscale hotel.. BUT for sure I highly recommend this hotel 5 thumbs up.

The child's hospital is very new. Located right at Chong Nonsi BTS so it's very convenient for everyone. The price is good, the room is about 20-25m2, good compared to many hotels in Thailand. Next door there is 711, bakery, nail, hair, and many restaurants.
