On of the worst hotel I’ve ever been 👎🏻room was dirty nothing clean bad smell bed is dirty even the towel we paid around 9000 for 2 night and even the towel they didn’t change

Staffs are VERY rude.On our last day, there was a small stain on our towel and the charge price was unreasonable. We decided to wash it with water and it came off. It was clean again. I think that is normal for a hotel to clean small stain like that..Then after the towel issue, another guest broke the hotel glass INFRONT of me, they didnt charge anything. Then i asked, “why dont u charge them?”They answered with a smirk face “yes its ok because they said sorry to me.”Is that how a hotel should serve their guest? I guess that was not a pleasant service to start with. Plus their rude attitude and bad communication made it worse.Goodluck Theme hotel with that attitude, we tried to communicate however the lady (i think the owner) was very very very rude and un friendly.Plus, they said they will clean our room every 2 days, but they didnt do it :)

female receptionist I thought that if I went to work in the market, I would probably sell well. I would shout and talk and gossip about customers in front of me. And what are you going to do with it? The customer is sitting here. Oh wow, that's great. You don't put yourself in front of other people. Really great.

Service is very very bad. The staff is rude.No Room service at all for my 4night stay. Towel not change. They are supposed to clean the room every 2/3days.Toilet is small ！No cleaning done.No change of towel even after 3daysBad Internet connection.Toilet paper only give one roll for 5days 4night stay here!Lift is Super small. Only can fit 2 people.No front desk after 9pm!Only one time mineral water is provide which is the first night.I understand if towel dirty need to penalty. (due to hair colour come off) But the way they request is rude and the penalties price is unreasonable.

shortcoming:1. The sound insulation of the room is very poor (many walls should be made of wooden boards or light partitions, and the window gaps can directly see the outside). The door of the room is a veneer wooden door.2. The mattress does not match the bed frame (the bed will sink and get stuck on the bed frame, pull the mattress up, sit on it and continue to sink and get stuck),3. The toilet flush button is damaged (sometimes it cannot be repaired, so you have to remove the toilet cover and throw it outside on the floor, and directly press the flush switch inside the water tank),4. The amount of water in the shower room is very small, so it is very difficult to flush it clean.5. The iron windows on the balconies of some floors are sealed, making it impossible to escape.6. Six-person room No. 32 on the third floor (the room is extremely humid and smells bad),advantage:1. The location is very good. It is within 20 minutes from the MRT station, 15 minutes from Watergate Plaza, and 7 minutes from McDonald's. There are plenty of places to eat and massage!2. The six-person room No. 32 on the third floor has bunk beds, a designed island, a projection TV, and a microwave!

Very very bad service. The elevator so small just fit 2 person inside.We ask them to clean our room but they didn't. Six days in bangkok and not clean our room with so many reason.Towel didnt change also and while we want to checkout they charge me because the towel dirty and the wall dirty. Its very unprofessional and the way of they are talking is very unpolited.I really not recommended this hotel. Even i cannot give them any star. Worse ever hotel in bangkok that i lived. Its not worth it with the pricePlease be aware guys for this hotel .
