My stay at this Airbnb was highly disappointing and far from the positive reviews I had read. The room was poorly soundproofed, leading to constant disturbances from outside noise. The building had a pervasive sewage smell that made it uncomfortable to be there. The water heater broke on the first day, and despite the owner’s claims of spending two hours cleaning the space, they clearly did not address the heater issue or check the overall condition of the room properly. The glowing reviews for this place seem to be misleading and do not reflect the actual situation. They do not mention these significant problems, which suggests they may not be genuine or fail to capture the real experience. For a few dollars more, you can stay at better-rated hotels such as Evergreen Hotel, Asia Hotel, or Aswana, which provide a far superior and reliable stay. I would strongly advise against staying here and recommend exploring other options for a more accurate and satisfactory experience.

I stayed here with 2 of my friends and pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The place itself is really strategist with only about 5 minutes from the nearest BTS transport. The staff were very friendly and kind, they even allow me to put my luggage on the lobby and entrust them to keep it safe on my last day there after check-out time so that i can go travelling luggage free. The room is spacious, there are fridge, microwave, hairdryer and stuff. Although one slight thing i regretted is that they don't have a lift for their new building, so i have to carry my 20kg luggage to 5th floor. But the staff is helpful and willing to lend a hand, so i don't mind.Be mindful that it is not a Hotel, but more of a room for rent, so the staff won't clean your room until after you check out. but i am happy nonetheless, and will go here the next time i went to bangkok.

The location of this B&B is great! But if someone sets up a stall at the intersection, the car will not be able to enter the alley! This is my first time choosing this B&B.Maybe pregnant women have a more sensitive sense of smell. There was a strong smell of cigarettes as soon as we entered the room.We messaged the landlord and asked to change rooms! The landlord immediately arranged for her maid to take us to see the other two rooms. The second room had a very strong damp smell; The third room had no smell, but when we decided to change to that one, there was a loud noise like an airplane as soon as we turned on the air conditioner! The servants went up one by one and worked hard to repair it.With their efforts, the air conditioning returned to normal, and we moved into the third room. It's okay at first, but the longer you stay in the room, the more uncomfortable it becomes. There will be a very heavy smell of dust. We took a closer look and found that many places have been cleaned for a long time, such as curtains, wall paintings, microwave ovens (we didn't dare to use them), and the nails and hair of previous guests on the bed and beside the bed. .Later I took a shower and found that there would be a puddle of water on the floor, making it very inconvenient to go to the toilet late at night! There are also some mosquitoes flying in at night, even if the windows are not open. When we were about to fall asleep at night, we didn't know whether it was the bed or the bugs that made us feel itchy. Breathing through our noses was not very comfortable, so we wore masks until very late at night. The next day, I told the landlord that my accommodation plan had changed and I wanted to change the number of nights because I had booked for many days at one time. The landlord seemed reluctant to let us cancel, but we later used the option on Airbnb to cancel.Since we canceled the next stay ourselves, we can’t comment on Airbnb! ! !Although a lot of money was still deducted, I felt that my body might not be able to bear it if I stayed here!Later I moved to another B&B~By the way, I thought the washing machine was in the room at first, but it was actually in the public facilities on another floor. However, because I already had a bad impression of the room, I didn’t dare to use the public facilities in his home.I hope the landlord can improve the facilities and cleanliness of the house!

I recently stayed at this hotel with two young children and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness. Here are my observations:Room Cleaning Frequency: The housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room throughout our entire stay( 4 nights), which affected my overall experience.Toilet Odor: The toilet had an unpleasant smell. It was definitely not what I expected from a hotel.Towels and Bedsheets: The towels and bedsheets didn’t appear clean. Stains and wrinkles were noticeable, which made me uncomfortable. In summary, the lack of cleanliness significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their housekeeping services. As a guest, I value cleanliness, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that aspect. I recommend addressing these issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
