The room is small but clean. Close to the station. Night market is also within walking distance. The water supply stopped in the middle of the night, and I couldn't use the shower or toilet, but it was cheap so I couldn't help it. The staff were also friendly.

The room is small. They said there would be a table, but there isn't. The Makkasan Airport Line is right in front, but you have to cross the four-lane road, go over the train tracks, and climb over the fence. It's difficult to carry heavy luggage.Train car motorcycle construction is very noisySeven is very far away. There is a washing machine at a Thai restaurant nearby.It's dangerous because it's on the side of the road. The owner and mother are very kind.

Short but fantastic stay! The Makkasan Happy Home hostel impressed with its ideal location near the train station, yet surprisingly quiet. The hostess was extremely nice and accommodating. The cleanliness even exceeded that of the 5 star hotels we had previously visited. The rooms were beautiful and the air conditioning and fan were quite modern. I'll definitely come back

I have just stayed for a great five nights at this home stay.Lovely hosts! Couldn't have been any kinder!Very, very clean room with frig and microwave. Quite large for one person and a bath. Room is secure and security gate also.Chose here for the location which was close to trains for airport and event I attended. Walked to university markets and malls. Felt safe in the neighbourhood even late at night.

The rooms are nicely designed, but quite small. The older lady and operator puts in a lot of effort and is happy about every guest. Unfortunately the guest house is completely cut off. No sidewalk or crossing available. If you get off the train at Makasan Station, you should take exit 1 and climb over the train tracks at the first gap, then across the street and 50 m to the right. There is a narrow blue barred door on the left and a bell on the inside on the right. Quite loud due to the location.

An excellent option for those who need to spend the night before flying. Close to the airport. Across the road there is a direct transfer to the airport, the fastest and most affordable. The room itself is very cozy, clean, the bed linen is clean. There is no window, but for me it is not important. There is a refrigerator and microwave, 2 bottles of water. There is a 7/11 store within a 10 minute walk. One nuance is not very convenient - if you don’t get there by taxi, you will have to walk along the roadway for some time. Overall, I'm happy with the accommodation.

The accommodation is very clean. It's a short walk from the airport link, but the walkway isn't very good. The owner takes care of it very well. Deducted 1 star because the water is not strong.😭

Good for ‘just using’ the Airport Railroad.To use the airport railroad or subway, you have to walk along the road where cars are running (it's quite far).You have to cross the road to get there more easily...If you have other plans before the airport, it may be a bit inconvenient to get to and from the airport.The landlord helps with crossing the road and is generally friendly.The facilities are adequate for just resting, but it is similar to a guesthouse or hostel, so don't expect hotel quality. Another downside is that the water pressure in the shower is very weak.

I did not make a stay in Makkasan Happy Home, but I used their luggage drop service on Bounce. Although they have no locker offer, the owner of Makkasan Happy Home was an uncle and a granny, they were very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. If I travel to Bangkok next time, I will make my accommodations here.

ㅇ I made a reservation in advance through Agoda, but the door was closed and I rang the doorbell, but there was no one there so I couldn't check in. (I couldn't find the phone number)ㅇ I made the payment and received a reservation confirmation email, but I was in a ridiculous situation where I couldn't find the reservation history (nor the cancellation history) on Agoda...ㅇ If you are planning to stay because it is close to Makkasan Station, please note that it is quite far from the station, there are no traffic lights or sidewalks, and you have to cross the road where large vehicles pass...

Perfect location, especially if you need to be close to the train station with direct train to the airport. Fan + AC in the room is a great convenience; everything was super clean and nicely prepared for our arrival + something that you may not notice unless you miss it - water pressure in the shower - here for cold and hot water was just like it should 💪. And on the top of all that - the host is an angel! ☺️ I have read some reviews before booking and now I can confirm that all of them are true! 😊

I spent a weekend in this guest house, I was fascinated by the owner of the house, a very sweet, caring woman who does everything with a good heart and soul! The rooms are very clean, everything is done with love. The owner and her son are very responsive and will answer any question! If you want to feel the flavor of Bangkok and communicate with interesting people, then this is definitely the place for you! Great location!
