I spent two days in Bangkok. The location of this hotel is very good. The transportation and surrounding facilities are very convenient. There is a 7/11 downstairs. In the residential area, there are also many authentic foods that locals eat, which are of high quality and low price. . It is within walking distance to the Skytrain station, and it is very convenient to go to the Siam business district and the airport. Chulalongkorn Night Market, Bangkok check-in bridge, Siam Ocean World, Erawan Shrine, and several large shopping malls in the business district are all very easy. Reached by foot/public transportation. The hotel has a separate password door, so you don't have to worry about outsiders entering at will. It is very safe. There are free snacks and tea in the lobby. The room we stayed in had no windows and the room was very high, so it didn't feel oppressive. In short, there are no shortcomings that can be mentioned. If there is one shortcoming, it is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy, but It doesn't affect my sleep. The staff service was very good. Because the plane was delayed, they waited for us for a while after communicating with the young lady at the front desk. The aunt at the front desk even let us store our luggage on the day we left. All in all, it is a warm, stylish and safe hotel. We will come back next time. I will choose it again in Bangkok!

The transportation location is really unbeatable. It is close to the station, there is a 7-11 at the intersection, and there are a lot of delicious food downstairs. You can get free tea and snacks on the first floor of the hotel. The English at the counter is very good, simple communication is no problem, and you can store your luggage; although The sound insulation is limited, but the tenants are of good quality and will not be noisy during their stay. The house is located in an alley and there is no sound of cars. The supplies and drinking water are updated every day. The room has a large hair dryer, clothes hangers, and refrigerator☺️Only the shower room of the room type I stayed in this time had concerns about being exposed. Although I didn't see anyone drying clothes opposite, the impression was not very good. I used a bath towel or umbrella to cover the balcony for a few days. Please improve it.

When I arrived I couldn't find the entrance. Actually, the accommodation is in an alley😅 Walk from BTS Ratchathewi about 5 minutes. Walk to Siam for 10-15 minutes. There is a 7-11 very close. The walkway is not dangerous or scary. Being in the alley made the house very quiet and comfortable to sleep. The accommodation is clean, the room is well designed, the atmosphere is good, the auntie who takes care of it is lovely and very friendly. There are snacks, instant noodles, and water to eat all the time and you can serve yourself.Auntie recommends that accommodations for foreign tourists book up very quickly. Anyone who wants to stay, hurry and reserve. Highly recommended.

The best hotel I have ever encountered. I really felt at home, and enjoyed the local atmosphere there. The staff (Earn and her mother) are very good, sweet, friendly, they really provide excellent service. I like the Siam Shelter concept starting from the rooms, common room, and laundry facilities (100 bath). Very strategic place for food sellers, 7-Eleven, BTS Station, BUS Station, and easy to find if you order GRABCAR. Very close to Pratunam.. WE really enjoyed this trip with Siam Shelter. I HOPE YOU CAN UPGRADE THE "DORMITORY ROOM" ROOM OPTION🥺I will really look forward to that for my next trip. miss THAILAND🇹🇭❤️

The staff is very kind & friendly. Staff Earn and her colleagues was super polite and sweet. Felt me like nest hospitality. Clean and tidy room. 15 mins walking distance to Siam Square. If you're lazy to walk you also can take BTS to Siam, is just 1 station away. The hotel is very near to BTS station & 7-11.They do provide coffee, tea, cup noodles, biscuits & snacks. Very comfortable and enjoy to stay here. I met owner as well . She was so welcoming. I would say to keep it like this only. Overall everything is good, worth for the price. Very recommend to stay here.Love from india

Very close to the MRT. There is a laundry service for 100 baht per bag. They will help you put it in your room that night. You can enjoy snacks and coffee on the first floor for free. The service attitude is very good

As a solo traveller, the first time I set foot in this place, it was super cosy. It reminds me of my home. As there are no lifts to bring your luggage up, the staffs are super helpful to help you. They answered all my questions whenever i’m in doubt too. Thank you 🥹 The rooms are comfortable and clean. They have snacks at their front desk counter which you can help yourself to it. Otherwise, there are tons of street food and cafes outside the hotel. It's only a few meters away from the Ratchathewi BTS station too so it’s convenient to go anywhere you want. Enjoyed my stay in this hotel and coming back again ❤️🙏🏼

The only bad things is you need to use stairs case & light sleeper you might need to bring ear bug. Overall everything is good, worth for the price. Very recommend to stay here.

This hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are very luxurious and the location is convenient. All rooms have A/C and a spacious bathroom. It's only a few meters away from the Ratchathewi BTS station so you can go anywhere in Bangkok in only a few minutes. There's also a few good cafes nearby and a 7/11. There's a convenient and inexpensive laundry service as well.
