Crazy because when other reviewers mentioned that it was clean, I didn’t thought it was THIS CLEAN. Crews are so nice and helpful. Indeed a lovely stay!

I don't have enough words to thank them for the way they treat their guests. They help you with absolutely everything and the treatment is very good. Very correct rooms, and something that is missing in Thailand, this hotel has, which are comfortable beds. A total 10. When I return to Bangkok, without a doubt, I will stay here again. Close to the commercial area.Thank you!

Exceptional, amazing hotel! The hotel is charming, a family owned business I think. It’s a hidden location in the beginning of your stay but once you get the hang of it from the Grab drivers, you will realize that it’s the center of everything on a short trip - all the Siam malls, MBK, Platinum Mall, Central World and the Big C supermarket (well, without traffic 😂)The everyday free laundry service was a relief and having it done the whole duration of our stay. You can also request for an iron / ironing board so you will be able to do the ironing should you wish. And the hotel staff, truly commendable! The sisters Poy and Piam, really went out of their way to help me surprise my daughter’s 20th birthday and their message is so sweet (pictures are included of the wonderful cake that they helped me pick out). As well Torn and Phoo in the Reception, amazing! They don’t speak English that much, but they understand with the help of small hand gestures and they get the job done all the time I asked for something, specially on the last day when we had a small need while doing our packing. Torn even went out of his way to find masking tape for our box 🙏🏻Khobkhun kha P18 Hotel 🙏🏻 ! It was an excellent decision and didn’t make a mistake of staying in your hotel in Bangkok. You are true epitome of what Thai culture and people are all about 🙏🏻Probably a small chair and table to be included in the room, it will be a great help for family traveling with a Senior citizen who has difficulty standing up from the floor after eating ✌🏻☺️

In the past, I always stayed near the Victory Monument when I came to Bangkok. This time, my wife wanted to shop in the city, so she chose an accommodation that is within walking distance to the downtown area for shopping. I have to say that this hotel is a high cost-effective choice. Very high. Although the selected room does not have a window to the outside, I will not stay in the hotel for too long when I come back from Bangkok late every day ~Let’s talk about the advantages first. It is within walking distance to major department stores. Although it is very close to the downtown area, it is not noisy. It is a place where local residents live. The staff at the counter are friendly and friendly. The staff on the morning shift are fluent in English, so communication is not a big problem. Although the night shift is Although I don’t speak English well, I will try my best to communicate using translation software. The free laundry service every day is a big advantage. What’s even better is that there are many free-range cats outside the hotel. Many of them are very well-behaved and very approachable, especially the Siamese cats. Very clingy! But it is not without its shortcomings. I am most dissatisfied with the bathroom. The hook of the shower head is too high, causing water to spill randomly. However, it is strongly recommended to install one at a lower level to solve the problem. The sound insulation is not very good, and there are people talking outside. , you can hear it very clearly in the room, but overall it is still a good hotel. It will be a hotel that you will consider next time you come to Bangkok!

The room is clean and has a certain size. As a Japanese person, I was surprised that the toilet and shower had no partitions. But it's clean so it's ok. There didn't seem to be any amenities, so you'll have to provide your own.Regarding the location, it's a 7-8 minute walk from Siam Station, so it's convenient if you use the BTS. It's located in a back alley off the main street, so you might get lost at first. There is a large shopping mall nearby that has many Japanese shops such as Uniqlo and MUJI. It might be a good idea to buy some daily necessities that you don't have enough of.It's not perfect, but the price is low, and above all, you can feel at ease at this hotel where you can feel great hospitality and kindness. This is a hotel that I would like to stay at again.

Close to the center and MBK. The rooms are small, but for sleeping and little else they are fine. The facilities are new and the rooms have Netflix, HBO, Amazon and Disney. The staff is wonderful and super attentive. They also have a shelf next to the elevator with noodles, toothbrushes and other things completely free.I would definitely return, especially because of the staff.

advantage:1. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the nearest BTS.2. The front desk speaks good English and provides supplies and free snacks and instant noodles.3. Provide clothes cleaning services.4. There is a public space on the top floor for flying. (weed)5. It’s really cheap and awesome❤️shortcoming:1. Hidden in the messy alleys.2. There was a situation where the door could not be locked, but the hotel immediately sent someone to deal with it, and the situation was eliminated in about 15 minutes.3. There is no toilet paper in the room.4. The sound insulation is not good, but this is a common feature of Bangkok travel.Summarize:A very good hotel. You can save travel expenses while enjoying exquisite service and rooms. I will visit again if I have the opportunity in the future.

Thoroughly impressed by this unassuming hotel, located in a quaint neighbourhood within walking distance to the major malls of central Bangkok. The lady in red(see attached photo) jumped out front to help us with our luggages when we arrived, was silent but always smiling, helped elderlies out of taxi cabs, etc. Such warmth felt like they came from the heart. Rooms were superbly clean, air purifiers located throughout the floors to keep the dust out, pillows and blankets sealed after cleaning, daily wash of the rooftop area, free laundry daily, toilettries and snacks located downstairs including cup noodles! There are massage centres located nearby and across the highway, there is a 7-11 convenience store and hawker stalls. This hotel is fully recommended as you can tell from the efforts, they are serious about hospitality!
