This is a new hotel, so the facilities are clean and most of all, the staff are all very friendly. There is a large 7-Eleven on the first floor, so you can buy portable cosmetics. Mosquito repellent. alcohol. You can easily obtain necessary items such as snacks, and enjoy delicious milk tea at Cafe Amazon, a Thai franchise. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the Chatukjak Weekend Market and Chatuchak Mall are within a 10-minute taxi ride, making it convenient.Everyone at the reception is friendly.Manager Patrick always says “Hello!” It was really nice to be treated kindly by saying hello and making small talk. 😊I plan to stay here next time I come to Bangkok!Dear, AllThank you for your great hospitality!! 🙏See you again! 😄

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. They wrongfully charged me for allegedly smoking in my room, which never happened. There was no evidence provided, and the receptionist didn’t even bother to check for themselves; they simply took housekeeping's word for it.I actually smoked on the rooftop, where both the rooftop bar staff and a cleaner saw me, and I explained this to the receptionist. However, they refused to listen or verify my statement with their coworkers, insisting on keeping my deposit. I would have escalated the matter to the manager, but I had to leave for the airport. Also, there are smoke alarms in the rooms and no windows, making their accusation even more unreasonable.
