A very old apartment! The elevator going up and down the stairs plays very loud music, very noisy! All the furniture and equipment are old, the corridor before entering the room is very dark, and the induction type is very slow, very scary! When entering the room, I had to turn the key for a long time before I could open the door. There was a kitchen but no pots. There was a TV but it couldn't be used. It was said to be a king-sized bed, but it turned out to be an ordinary size. The hair dryer was also old and fixed with tape. The air conditioner was a bit too big. No sound, no safe! The location is really far from the city center, and taxi drivers often go around for a long time to find it! Booked for three consecutive nights, room service only provided mineral water and two very small cans of shower gel and shampoo on the first day, and the shower water heater was difficult to adjust. There is no room service, only the trash is taken out, the bed is not made, the bathroom is not tidied, toilet paper is not replenished proactively, and only two bath towels are provided for four people and they are not changed every day! Later, I asked about cleaning only once after three days of stay. Should this be clearly stated in the housing information? The counter is only open during the day. If you encounter any needs, no one can solve the problem! The washing machine is broken and the money is missing. There is no way to ask for help at the moment. Only someone can go to work the next day to deal with it. If you pay for the room with a card, you must bear the 3% bank card processing fee and tax. These are extra fees. During this trip to Bangkok, I didn’t want to go back to Swarovski to rest. I really stepped on a big thunder! ! !

We really liked this place and will stay again. We stayed in the deluxe doubles that don't overlook the tennis courts. Room was large and quiet. The very clean pool is great for swimming laps. I doubt many hotels have 25m pools at this room rate. Best of all was the staff. Friendly, helpful people who went out of their way for us. Location is in a residential area so a bit out of the way on the one hand but quiet, safe, and an excellent swimming pool on the other.

This hotel is located in a quiet, residential area of Bangkok. It's very pleasant to come back after a hot day in the city! The atmosphere is family, the staff is very friendly and the swimming pool is very clean. The room we had booked was actually an apartment with two separate bedrooms, perfect for a family of 4. We had a very pleasant week at the Sivalai.

Me and my friends stayed at Sivalai for our exchange semester at Thammasat university. It was the best decision we could have taken. The staff is super friendly. The facility is clean and nicely equipped, they have 3 nice tennis courts and a huge swimming pool. On top of that comes the giant rooftop terrace with a view of bangkoks skyline. The location of Sivalai place is cozy, it is not too busy and still the distance to the main sights is little. All in all we had a great time there during our 5 months stay. We can only recommend it!!
