The service of the dormitory owner is very bad. He talks badly and is not polite to the dormitory students. I don't use my brain to think about each word. Hey, I chew a lot. Since I've been in the dormitory, this dormitory is the best. If I could go back in time, I would not have signed a contract to stay. I left the dormitory and didn't come to take the security deposit. I really couldn't afford to stay. I was so nervous.

If there is a negative score, then let it go.Anyone thinking of coming to stay, please consider this. Run away. There are other places to go.Stand and look around. 1 Who can't come to sleep? I've slept more than 2. I told him to think more. Hey, my friend just came to visit. It's like living in a university dormitory. But it's not harder, haha.Deducting 1,000 baht for wear and tear is not enough. I just had the air conditioner cleaned for 2 days (paying half each to the dorm owner). Said at the end of the month I still have to pay for the air conditioner cleaning. You're crazy. Then speak according to other people's reviews. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't be here. Shouldn't be too loose to sign a contract It's just hard to find a place to stay. The security guard comes and disturbs him. If he can't stay, just watch over him yourself. If I say it a million more times, I'll only get the word sucks.P.S. Talk about cleaning the air conditioner with the dorm owner and you don't have to pay.Because I just washed it and moved out. If you want it to be good, stop letting the woman who is a housekeeper take care of you. Or talking to the dormitory yourself would be great. My mouth can't handle it.

The room before moving in had only damaged items. (plumbing line, broken light bulb) If you don't check it yourself, the caretaker and the dorm owner will put the blame on the tenant and we will have to pay. The room doesn't keep sound. Everyone in the room can hear anything. Cars that the owner of the dormitory doesn't allow are parked facing the shade. (I don't understand why.) You have to face the sun if someone parks facing in. He will find an opportunity to criticize you immediately. The owner of the dormitory (Hia) often uses rude words and insults the tenants in many ways. That is, it hit almost everyone, even though they had never done anything to them. Everyone is different.Overall is the worst. It is recommended to find another dormitory for good mental health.

I don't know if Mr. Joom M.C is still in this dormitory. Please contact us. We have a problem and are very distressed with this dormitory, including the dormitory caretaker, water and electricity bills. I feel like we are being taken advantage of a lot. Would you like to inform the Office of the Consumer Protection Board?

The dorm owner talks very badly. Scolding us like we've done something serious wrong. Also uses very rude words. Even though we came to pay rent I didn't come to ask to stay for free. As bad as I've ever been in a dormitory. My mental health is very bad with this dormitory due to many things.

The dorm administrator was too observant, becoming a "noy".Only stayed for 6 months and when moving out there was a problem with money being deducted "outside of the contract" as follows.1. The payment line was damaged before the room was delivered to you to move in (but it doesn't affect its use). When you move out, the replacement fee will be deducted. The base that we didn't inform him to change from the beginning...WTF!!!-This problem has been cleared. In the end it didn't break -2. There is an air conditioner cleaning fee when moving out. Even though the contract states that "The air conditioner must be cleaned every year or if it's not cool, please notify us to clean it immediately. The cleaning fee is 250 baht." But we've only been here for 6 months and it's still cool. which definitely does not meet the conditions of both contracts-I accept this problem. Let him deduct it because he gave a reason. The room must always be ready for new tenants. And everyone does it -3. There is a charge of "500 baht for room depreciation" WTF!!!!!! What number must be required to pass on the burden of asset depreciation to the tenant? Or if it's really broken It should be specified in the contract already, deduct according to the actual condition. We returned the room with no property damage. But dirty at the bathroom and balcony.-This problem has been cleared. In the end it didn't break -This review was made for "To help new tenants make decisions" according to the spirit of Google Maps used to search for locations of various places. And read reviews of that place before visiting. There is no intention to attack or damage the reputation of the dormitory in any way.P.S. There is evidence for all 3 problems mentioned. It's not a frivolous review.
