Staff are rude, bath room door fall down.I call their staff to fix it and they cut me off.I call them again three times and they ask me to come down as they don’t know english.The room with horrible soundproofing you can clearly hear the sound outside.Toilet not provides toilet paper.

The counter staff are rude. I don't know if the owner of DP Plus has trained the employees before or not. But I saw the requirements for recruiting receptionists with no qualifications required. Recommended: at least a bachelor's degree. Education will help select people at a certain level. ** I've seen reviews of people commenting on the receptionist's manners, manners, speech, and appearance. Clean rooms, good service staff If there's anything missing, you can call and ask. The bathroom is clean, the hot water works. Had the opportunity to stay many times and many of the rooms were quite impressive. The cold air conditioner must be turned off before every shower. There is a duvet provided but you have to add more money if you are staying for several days. Walking out to the mouth of the alley, there's Lotus Express, 7-Eleven, and the market. There's definitely no shortage of food. There is parking, but not much, and there is a security guard always on hand to take care of you. There are staff available at the counter 24 hours a day.

The building is about 100 meters into the alley. There are 3 buildings, which are service apartments. The reception staff are quite ok, the furniture and belongings are quite new, the room is clean, but there are many points where there is no service.For example, there is no Cleaning Room sign after staying.There was no extra water provided even if staying more than 1 night. There was no changing of new towels (but it's not serious).But the important thing is There is no kettle and microwave in the room, making it impossible to make tea or coffee. The last thing is Room walls are thin and not soundproof. I often heard loud bangs from outside. When the water pump on the first floor is working, it can be heard throughout the building even in the room.

Horrible staff. Very anti foreigner and very unwelcoming.I came to stay here but I was told by the front office receptionist that they do not accept foreigners because the language barrier might make it hard communicate with them.Once I let them know I can speak a little bit of Thai plus my Thai girlfriend will be staying with me during my duration there and that communication will not be a problem at all, they said to me no they can’t let foreigners stay there even if they are staying with a Thai national. The receptionist said it in a very rude and condescending way.Would not recommend this place. Some of the rudest staff and rudest customer service I’ve experienced in Thailand.

Employees speak badly and argue with customers loudly. The problem is caused by The room I was in had a smell in front of the room from the tinctures. A liquid that smells like insecticide. So I learned to let him know. Let the housekeeper and staff at the reception take a look. I could really smell the smell, but it wasn't in front of the customer's room. It was downstairs and the smell was in room 101, so we said that we really smelled it. It was very strong before he and the housekeeper came up. Yes, he replied that he could smell it, but the customer's room didn't smell it. So we said that now the smell has faded. Because he smelled the massage liquid, he said that there was a massage room next door. We smelled it and massaged it to help with the smell. So I told him to find a way to deal with the smell. At first I won't make it. He said there was no one else involved, there was only us. So we answered that If there is a smell, can you please find something to counteract the smell or clean it for me? It smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. He said no at first. So we said we had to give it to us. Have you been patient and then lie down and smell this scent? He answered yes. So we complained. We just want you to spray or scent it for us. Why can't you just take care of this? Why do we have to endure this smell? So he told the housekeeper to come spray perfume on him. Sarcastic with us and speaking loudly I've been here since the first day until today. This person still hasn't seen good service. They argue all the time, don't answer the phone, but come up to check and don't answer my line. I'm a night shift employee, and I'm also a boss. Please allow me. If you don't know who made it and where the smell comes from. Just help customers find solutions. I work in service as well. I help customers find solutions. I take care of my customers. What are the dormitory rules? I follow every one of them. I should receive good service 🙏
