First of all, I would like to complain about the seat. The seat is very hard. I have in mind that the staff turned the seat on the wrong side or not. Or if it's not, then the cushion really sucks. It's hard and not soft at all. Sleep in a hotel but have a cheap resort feel. And it's like putting two double mattresses together to make a single bed. I really hate it. What hotel does this? A king size bed should be comfortable to sleep on. It's not a hole in the middle, that would be crazy / As for the rooms, it's considered good, spacious, giving a bit of a condo feel, separating different parts well. The swimming pool is ok, the water is clear and clean, the security is good, and one of the front staff provides good service. The other person looked like someone who had been taken in by a group of people. Regarding the cleanliness of the hotel, it's ok. Decorated in a modern loft style, chic, classic, dark, beautiful. Breakfast is upstairs. Delicious in hotel style Even though there aren't many options, it's not too bad. The view is good. As for the location, it's in the Hat Yai area near restaurants. There are shops in front and next to the hotel, a cafe, and a newly opened market. Not far from Greenway Market. Overall satisfied with the overall picture of the hotel. Except for the cushion Because I want to rest, I want to sleep comfortably. If the cushion is still hard like this Even if the other parts are good Let it be the last option. When staying in a hotel around here

- Reception staff provide very good service, helping from the time of booking until the time of check-out. Explain the details easily. and friendly to customers- Bell Boy employees provide extremely good service. Speak sweetly and be friendly. No matter how many pieces of luggage you carry, I'm not afraid.- The housekeeper was able to make the room very neat and clean and was able to give us advice. and gave 3 bottles of water per day, very impressiveImportantly, the breakfast is delicious. The restaurant has a very good atmosphere. Located on the 8th floor, you can see a great view of Hat Yai.

I spent nearly a month at TR Rock Hill, and it was a great experience. I've shared a couple of brief notes below.- Hallways and the elevator do not have A/C. One part of the hotel has an outdoor ramp that leads to other rooms.- WIFI didn't work at the desk in my room, but it worked if I was in the hallway or just inside the room near the bathroom.- I didn't experience any issues with mosquitos getting in our room. Keep the door closed and you'll be fine.- Our rooms were cleaned every day. They replace linens most days, but there were a few times that they just re-made our beds (which I personally was fine with)- Rooms are well-insulated. The room can be without A/C for 15 hours and still be cool once we return late at night- The shower doesn't really have hot water. It can only be cold/warm and the shower pressure varies every night.- There is a decent variety of food options, but they don't really change. It gets pretty repetitive. Rice, noodles, some spicy chicken options, bread with jams/butter, salad.- For rooms facing the street/pool, you may hear bar music play between 10pm and 1am. This happened nearly every evening --it's not that much of a disturbance, but I appreciate silence.- Front desk service varies in terms of having the ability to speak English. A few times I could communicate in English just fine, but sometimes I needed to use Google Translate- The design of the rooms is... interesting. The place has a Spiderman theme, so the room design with the brick is an acquired taste.There's a really nice Roti de Forest place next door. Kindergarden (a small cafe offering coffee, tea, and western food) is also good, but I sadly got severe food poisoning and ended up in the hospital for a night.Overall, I found this place to offer everything I needed to rest well during my trip to Hat Yai. It's a great hotel overall and absolutely worth its value.

The room is clean, the corridor and lights in the room are a little dark. The receptionist at the counter is nice and friendly. Except for employees in the restaurant zone on the 8th floor. Should improve eyesight, looking at customers is not friendly at all. Because the meal card is for 2 people We have children who sit at the table as well. But the children didn't eat the food because they ate it from the room. The eyes looking at the guests were as if they were afraid that we would give food to the children to eat as well. So I stared all the time. The ugliest kind You work in the service field. It is inappropriate to do this to customers. It makes the overall image of the hotel look bad. I feel very bad. I'm planning to stay another night. Enough for the first time, just one time. Normally, I have stayed in many hotels all over the country. and abroadI've never encountered a case like this.
