This affordable hotel in the heart of Hat Yai is a great find, situated next to one of the biggest local markets. The hotel has a modern look and is particularly suitable for young couples, especially if you're comfortable with shared toilets. While there were a few small insects in the room, they can be easily removed. It's a solid choice if you're on a tight budget.

I'm from Malaysia. It is highly recommended to choose accommodation here for those (Female/male) traveling alone or with friends to Hat Yai. This hotel is in a very strategic location. The staff are so nice and helpful. My experience traveling and staying in a capsule room here for 4D3N on 30 May 2024 – 2 June 2024, was very satisfying. I was able to enjoy my stay without worrying too much about safety and comfort. Although on 3rd floor these capsule rooms are mixed for male and female, but they provide separate toilets (2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 1 basin for each). They also provide rubber slippers for us to use to go to the toilet and the locker is for shoes. We can use the hotel elevator or stairs to go to highest floor, there's a very nice roof top garden to chill at night.

My stay at Icon Hotel was fantastic! The cube box design of the standard room was an interesting touch. The dedicated female-only Level 3 was a thoughtful feature ensuring comfort and safety. The clean toilets were a definite plus. Situated near the town night market, it's a convenient location for indulging in local cuisine, massages, and even shopping at nearby pharmacies and the Shopping Centre. A well-rounded experience for a memorable stay

I regret to inform you that this is not a hotel and more like a dormitory or hostel. The price to stay here is identical to Grand Plaza Hotel or Diamond Hotel. I booked a private room on the 5th floor expecting it to include a private bathroom and I was wrong. Even in a private room, there is no bathroom and you still have to share the bath and toilet with the rest of the cubicles. During the peak hours, you will not rest easy in the toilet as everyone else is waiting to use it. The bath and toilet are not pleasant during the peak time. The only good thing about this place is the location. Book at your own risk.

New hotel in central Hatyai, near famous market ,department store and local Chinese food around hotel. They have rooftop for chill and relax. I stay in hostel, clean room and shared toilet.

Located at the prime area in Hat Yai opposite Lee Garden Plaza. Same row with many massage parlours shops. This area is super crowded and busy.Very detailed review I'm giving here. I am a solo traveler so I stay at capsule room. Each individual capsule room has sliding door with keylock and another mini safe box inside the capsule to place your valuable items.There's a ventilation fan that can ventilate the aircond to your capsule room after you close the sliding door. However the ventilation fan is super noisy I didn't use the fan I just slightly open the sliding door while sleeping.Capsule Length and Width is 239cm x 117cm. Long enough to place your luggage inside.Staff not fluent in English but still able to communicate. Another person in charge is a Thai born chinese women she can speak Mandarin.The female floor that I stayed has 4 toilets, 4 shower rooms, 2 basins. Looks new and lighting is bright. Only shampoo and shower gel are provided. Hairdryer is available at the lobby counter upon request.You can wear their rubber slipper. Toilets look clean cos I was the only one staying the whole female floor. Cleaning every 2 days during my stay.Use the hotel elevator to go to highest floor. There's a very nice roof top garden to chill at night.Price may not be cheap for dorm style room. You are paying for the prime location which is easy to find transportation, also the functional and privacy of the capsule room which has better security compared to other hostel dorm room with just a curtain.Just that I hope they improve the access door because currently they don't have access card system for door and main entrance door is closed after 11pm. But you can call the staff to open if you want to go out midnight or very early morning.

In the center of Hat Yai, right next to the lively Lijia Garden Hotel, it is highly recommended to stay here. The transportation is convenient. There are many tuk-tuks to various places. The rooms are clean and there is 24-hour counter service.
