Wow, I didn't expect to stay here yesterday, it's called a homestay, but when I'm inside it's like a hotel. All facilities are very clean. Towels, shampoo & soap are provided, just bring a brush & toothpaste. It's really cool, you can subscribe to it if you go to Surabaya.

Rumah Kertajaya Homestay 5 star HOTEL taste accommodation in East Surabaya. In front of the ITS Surabaya campus. Spacious parking area, comfortable rooms, free internet, swimming pool and stable hot shower water. Work space is available and the pantry is also complete.

First time staying here, still impressive. It's okay for accommodation in the future if you need it in the ITS, UWM and surrounding areas. clean and feels like home, only when I got to the room it was already damp. there is a swimming pool, pantry, place to eat. the mini gym is closed. okay, recommended!!

Have stayed here many times every time I have business in Surabaya and it is close to ITS. Breakfast is provided and the location is in the housing complex just before the ITS roundabout, when it's quiet at night it's comfortable, there's a swimming pool too, there's parking for cars and motorbikes, there's a relaxing area , the atmosphere is like home in general and the service is good, maybe the downside is that if you want to eat, the area is a bit far and once the bed sheets looked like they hadn't been replaced because they had spots but overall it was okay, comfortable and clean, so the home-style atmosphere was nice 👍

The facilities are very luxurious with pocket-friendly prices... but it's best for those who want to stay here to have a private vehicle, because the location is in a residential area so it's quite far if you want to go culinary or shopping on foot...

This is a homestay not a hotel, so the service they give is already great compare to other homestay that I have ever been.The room is big and clean, they provide you the towels, but please bring your tooth brush.They provide limited choice of breakfast, but it's enough. There's pool and children pool.The location is a bit confusing for first timer, but you can call them and they will give you direction. Galaxy mall is very close, not even 20.000 rupiah if you use online taxi.Recommended!
