The staff at the reception are more than unpleasant, including one person in particular. The room is good, consistent with the photos. There is also a self-service laundry available. But the location of the hotel is far from the center.

first time here and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they change the people at the reception,they’re not friendly!!!first day going to check in the lady was so mean (they’re all mean) especially the lady with the short hair.she’s mean to everyone except for men that are single ,flirting with them while working etc, this is not a club etc.Rude staff, bad cleaning, I wouldn’t recommend.

This is a property for people who want to keep costs as low as possible in a minimal environment.About the guest roomsThe room has only basic furniture.There is a coin laundry in a separate building on the first floor, but the water tank and pipes have not been maintained, and when you wash white clothes, you get brown stains.The pool is 100% shaded. 80% of the equipment in the gym is out of order.Each room has a large balcony, making it a very comfortable space.If you choose a room facing north, you can enjoy the view of nature.If you choose a south-facing room, you will enjoy road and vehicle noise.There is no kitchen, so you will need to eat out.The service is close to 0 points.During my stay, there was construction work going on in the room next door, and a large amount of dust from the construction work entered the room through the cracks in the door and on the balcony.When I told the property staff to clean my room, they asked me to clean my room. The female employee sighed and reluctantly started cleaning.I was really annoyed that I was treated like that even though my room was dirty due to work done by the property.The location is really excellent.There is a market behind the house that is only open in the morning, where you can buy breakfast, lunch, and bento boxes to take to work.There are 2 convenience stores, 2 small supermarkets, and Thai, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisine within walking distance.It was very helpful when I didn't have money, but now that I have money, I won't choose a property like this (lol)Recommended for short- to medium-term stays, travelers on a budget, and savers.It doesn't feel good.

The rooms were very large but empty and damp. Its location is right in front of the street and it has its own huge parking lot. You can go to famous and touristic places such as Night Market and China Town by taxi in 10-15 minutes for 100-150 baht. It is the same size as a house and has 3 air conditioners.Its view gives the atmosphere of a night city.

The hotel is in very bad condition. The room smelled of tobacco, there were bugs on the floor, poor soundproofing. Only one of the elevators worked. They gave us a half-baked roll of hygienic papale, the refrigerator didn't get cold... In short, a major disaster.

Stay in a newly renovated room on the 4th floor. According to the receptionist's advice Not disappointed at all. It's a new room, beautiful design, clean, complete with amenities in the room. Friendly staff, close to BTS, easy to travel.

The air conditioner was broken, so the technician who made it didn't clean it. Told him to bring water and change clothes, then cut the cord and put it on again. Very bad.

305 The power circuit kept tripping when I checked in. I notified the night desk for the third time before changing the room. Although it was a bit disappointing, the overall service staff and the room were clean and comfortable, which was in line with the price.

The room was a decent size with a nice little balcony. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the service wasn't great. Overall decent fo the price but wouldn't recommend if you have a little more to spend.
