We went to see the condominium in both the towers. However, we did not go ahead with our decision to stay in 59 Heritage in tongolo.Houses were nice but for us they were pretty much old and the one in the new building was okay but we had other choices so we decided to go for something else.One thing to mention are real estate agent. Mr. Elon was very helpful and perhaps one of the greatest in town.

The security guard opens the security lever too late.When it rains, there are large puddles all over the parking lot, making it difficult to walk.The exterior walls are being repainted, but the protection is inadequate and the bikes and cars are dirty.

Condos have been built for many years. But it is well taken care of. The staff are friendly, quiet and peaceful. It's a little difficult to find food, but you can order delivery.

The bald-headed security guard on the night shift is very bad. We sleep with my sister regularly. Today we arrived late at night. Usually there is another security guard under the building who is skinny and will recognize us and sit there. But today I didn't see him. So we called out. Turn on the flashlight from your cell phone to get the security guard's attention and tell us what's going on, but keep quiet, just sit and look at your phone and look at the camera. Act like you don't see us So we walked through the rain to the fort ahead. Can you open the door for me? It's 3:00 a.m. and my sister is probably asleep. There is no key card, but there is a room key so you can enter. But they turned on us. Said I had to come down and pick him up. This said I came to see you regularly. The security guard's facial expressions, tone of voice, and gestures were very, very bad.Understand that it's a rule. He did his duty. But at least say or give advice. If you can't say no, you have to come down and accept it with better words and gestures. We can understand it, but with very, very, very bad behavior.Please improve it. I have encountered many times with the behavior of security guards. This person looks very big. And it's just this person that's bad.Please improve it before other residents get caught too 😡😡😡
