From the hearts of former tenants Anyone looking for a monthly rental, I recommend reading this post. 6 month rental contract, room fee 5500, water and electricity bills will be more expensive than the room fee. Electricity bill is not less than 3000 baht/month, water bill is not less than 400. Recently I decided to leave. Because I couldn't stay longer, the security deposit was 11,000 baht, various deductions were deducted, leaving 4,972 baht left. The remaining was 3,840 baht for electricity, another 418 for water, parking fees, room cleaning, etc. I'm fascinated by the water and electricity bills. They're very expensive, but what do I do? cannot Anyone looking for a place to stay can decide for themselves. Warning with good hope

Low budget hotel. With less desire the hotel is actually ok. This hotel will not give a good experience. The receptionist doesn't know English. It's a lot of trouble. Bringing a personal lock upon arrival will provide added security.

Normally, the monthly water bill is not more than 110 baht. When I move out, the water bill is almost 500 baht, the electric bill is almost 2 thousand, and there is only one air conditioner.
