In the app the photos are good plus it's close to everywhere because it's in the middle of the city. But this is really serious. Apart from the shabby bed sheets, the bathroom smells like a smelly toilet and a sticky floor. Cockroaches went back and forth in the room and in the hallway, the most disgusting thing was the worms that came out in long lengths, there were about 5 of them, fortunately they wanted CO.Don't come here anymore

This is the worst hotelβ¦. Not according to some reviews, the bathroom is really dirty, the bedding hasn't been changed, there are several spots and it's dirty, (not a stain that can't be removed) The inner pillow is very dirty, yellow, full of liquid marks...There is no good response from the service... it's really annoying if there are stars1 star is too good...

It's a shame the wifi doesn't reach the downstairs rooms. Even if it arrives, there is no connection at all. Even though the staff are all friendly.

I already know what the condition of the hotel is, because I only added 1 day and adjusted my budget so I stayed here. But the service is ok, the receptionist is friendly

not really suitable for a place to stay, the room is stuffy, it's like it's hard to breathe, it's musty, the room and toilet smell really sick, there's no air circulation, it's dirty, the atmosphere is really not good, it's like it's never been lived in, the dust is dirty, the sheets are dirty, shabby, lots of spots, the towels dirty. Luckily I only booked 1 night. If you don't intend to own a hotel, don't force it, it will make you miserable!

If you look at the previous reviews, to be honest, I was a little worried when I wanted to book... But after arriving at the hotel (kmr 201/behind the reception) thank God it turned out it wasn't as 'bad' as the previous review...Starting from the receptionist, the 24-hour kmr service was very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the room was very well maintained, even after 2 days of stay, the room was always cleaned and tidied, even when I left my watch behind when checking out, the hotel immediately confirmed it by calling even though not lifted..An indication of my satisfaction, of course, is seeing the children feel at home and happy during their stay without fussing because they don't feel at home...Over all, it is recommended for those who want to stay with a budget that is not too expensive and with good service... Next visit to Bandung, God willing, stop by again at SANS Hotelπ

The room didn't have any advantages at all, the AC didn't feel at all, it was stuffy, the photo and the real thing were very different, it was my turn to be told the reason "I should have spoken from the start of checking in", the walls were already faded, not according to expectations

The location is okay.. Parking is sufficient... Service from FO is okay, from security is also OK.. Only the room is not okay for that price... The room is further to the UG and directly next to the village alley.. So the sound of the exhaust comes straight in The ventilation in the room is just a window with a net and lots of ants... Moreover, in the bathroom the ventilation is dirty, there are ant nests there... More like a boarding house than a hotel...

Got a room on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. The condition of the building is not suitable and looks like it is rarely cleaned. The bathroom shower water pressure is very slow. Overall not recommended ππ»

The ceiling is leaking, water has dripped onto the floor of the hotel room and it's already stained, it seems like it's been there for a long time but there's no follow-up + the water is still dripping, the room smells musty, the bed sheet looks like it's crumpled, I want to change rooms, they say it's full, the room furniture is old school, ordered the type junior suite, the luggage doesn't feel comfortable in this room for long, even though I paid high season prices but this is the facilityπ
