Order via the application until the accommodation has changed its name and the information from the accommodation management no longer cooperates with the application. Be careful for those who come far away. In the application there are always 2 or 1 remaining rooms ready, I don't know why it's not serious about deactivating booking via the application. Many are deceived.

Hostel scams it's patrons by telling them they left Oyo a long time ago and stayed on the site. Then charges triple the amount in person.

SCAM! This pace is not part of Oyo anymore for almost a year.Booked via Agoda, when arrived got told they don't work with either Oyo or Agoda.Got offered a room for three times the price as paid online.Went off and were annoyed.Bad for the owner too, but since they don't change the google description it appears very dodgy.

We booked one night at this hotel through booking. Once at the hotel there is no one there and the phone is unavailable. We had to book another hotel.We contact booking to tell them they are working with a scammer and have a refund. We get half of the money as the owner of the hotel didnt want to pay is part. Worst hotel in Indonesia!!!

Specialized for solo or duo travelers who are not complicated and don't like to complain. There are some less than optimal facilities, but the guards are good, friendly and polite which is an added value.

I arrived to this place after making and paying reservation in Oyo website. Please note that this place is not OYO owned anymore and the owner will not refund you for the money paid by you. If you book online, they will tell you they are not part of the brand anymore therefore your reservation is not valid. The room is 200k not 57k as stated in the website.

I booked in advance. Agoda/OYO. I got a room for one and a half times the specified amount. Due to differences between owner and OYO. Compared to the fact that the owner has been wanting to break up with OYO for months, the OYO sign is quite prominently present at the entrance....

Upon arrival you are told to pay almost double what is initially stated on booking platforms. The rooms are basic to say the least, and hygiene also leaves much to be desired. I'm not coming back here.

We arrived and immediately left. Staff were nice about this and very apologetic but the room was not passable. It stank of mould and paint was peeling off of the walls. The bathroom was covered in mould. The final straw was the fact that we got wet sitting on the bed because the mattress was so damp. Nice staff and good location but in need of serious work, even for 100k a night.

Booked with OYO but until the hotel was told to pay extra, the AC wasn't cold at all. Not given a soapy towel or toothbrush. There's no need for that
