I would never come here again and I would also advise other people against doing so.1. The owner is very pushy with his surf lessons, the owner is very pushy but her scooter rental and then you have a man who is always there when people have to check out to ask if you need transportation. Even if you have said 10 times that you don't need transportation or have already arranged it, he continues to push on. Truly a terrible man!2. It's full of mosquitoes. LIKE THIS. A LOT OF. MOSQUITOES. When we arrived we first had to kill 15 mosquitoes, but they kept coming back. Even with all the doors closed and lights off, they kept coming back. They sit in front of the door and fly in when you enter the room. So you get punctured at night.3. The bathroom is a real shame (see photos) and is in serious need of replacing. The toilet seat is too dirty for words and there is mold everywhere in the bathroom...You may now be thinking: why do you give the hotel 2 stars? There are three positive points about this hotel:1. It is on the beach. You can walk to the beach in just one minute and you think that's great, of course. Until you are continuously asked if you want to buy bracelets/sarongs/coconut, but the hotel cannot do anything about that. That's a beach problem.2. There is hot water from the shower and that is rare in Lombok. You won't have hot water forever, but it will certainly be enough for 1 person to take a long shower or for two people to take a short shower.3. Unlike many places in Indonesia, you have little trouble with the nearest mosque. There is one about 400 meters away, but it didn't wake me up in the morning. I had this in other hotels every morning. There are some roosters (but where don't you have them in Bali/Lombok?), but not very close by, so here too you are not extremely bothered by them. What you may experience is the Surfer Bar, which organizes parties until late every Friday and Saturday evening. This is 100 meters away and you can hear the bass.
