Can’t complain too much, it was very inexpensive. Our room smelled really bad the whole time, which was from the sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and put a plate over the drain to keep out the smell. A couple other things too, but nothing crazy. Just giving it a fair rating for what it is.

Basic but good homestay outside of Kuta. They have private rooms with big beds for a good price. It is family-run and the staff are very kind and attentive. The only downside is no a/c but you're provided with a big fan by the bed. I would stay here again.

Good location, good value for money and good breakfast. Family available and friendlyThe room is clean but it has a very strong smell of humidity probably because of the shower.Big disappointment with the organization of our journey to Bali by them, everything is very opaque: he lied about the arrival time and the duration of the journey (we added at least 3 hours to the initially announced time) + we discovered afterwards that they had taken boat tickets from us (allegedly fast boat) in the lowest rated boat company of (SEMAYA ONE: deplorable and even dangerous travel conditions, many sick people inside the boat , dilapidated equipment see photo, 1h30 delay at departure and travel time much longer than expected - the boat is overtaken by all the others - + on arrival in padang bai we discover that the bus which has been reserved for us will land at a bus stop and not at our homestay as announced by the owner of perwita!!

Good value for money for this homestay! Very welcoming owner!BE CAREFUL however, the owner offers to organize your trip to Bali or other destinations and lies all along the line. Travel conditions and travel times are deplorable. Fastboad from hell 2 hours late!Moral of the story: just homestay

We've spent 2 weeks there and it was super nice and calm. The owner and his family are super friendly and help you with whatever you need. (Scooter,taxi,tours). Also the pancakes for breakfast where good! And it was included in the price. The room is simple but has everything you need + a little private balcony with chairs and table. The bathroom and the bedroom were also super clean! In general I would recommmend this place to 100%.

Great value for money, pleasant and helpful service and banana pancakes for breakfast every day! Extra plus for free tea and coffee 24/7 and the possibility to rent a scooter. We extended our stay and would love to come back!!

Close to Mandalika. If you want to look for a cheap but clean hotel, you can even have breakfast, this is the place. Got a price of 150k for 3 beds, private bathroom, plus chocolate banana pancake breakfast.
