The location is easy to access, not far from the Sembalun rest area. The place is comfortable and aesthetic, there is an open dining room, prayer room, grill and grill, free parking. Payment can be cash and non-cash. Rooms are clean, complete and aesthetic. Close to several other accommodations, minimarkets and other public facilities. There is a good photo spot on the 2nd floor. There are family room types with a living room for gathering and a kitchen in one building. Price includes breakfast. Friendly service.

Sadly there are no zero stars. The people who are working there were disrespectful and rude to us. We booked a room for 3 persons but only got one room for 2 persons. They offered us a paper-thin mattress for the third person. They wouldn’t give us a room for three people and were not open to find a compromise at all. They also laughed at us.Communicating with them was not possible because they couldn’t speak english.That was the worst experience ever in an accommodation in Indonesia and we changed accommodation because of that.Don’t go there!

Everything was close to perfect. The room was spacious, wifi was good, breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is peaceful with plantation fields just behind it.
