For the record, I don't really know about what is called hospitality, the details of the services that should be received at the price offered. However, I am satisfied with what I got by paying around 200 thousand rupiah here. The room is clean, the bed is clean, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold, the hot water in the bathroom works well, and the television can also be used as it should. And there's a prayer room! Suitable for Muslim couples who are looking for a place to stay. Plus points for the neatness in the hallways and the calm atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel also serves food purchases, you know!If asked if I would come here again, definitely. Thank you, Hotel Enfaza!

Memorable stay experienceFirst time to Mataram and spent the night in a comfortable place, even though it was in the middle of the city but far from the noise.Friendly employees are ready to help us 24 hoursThe owner is also very friendly and kindHopefully next time we can go to Lombok again and stay at the Enfaza Syariah Hotel again.Anyway, Enfaza sharia hotel is the best ๐๐

A year ago I came here with my family. Not bad for a low budget hotel.A year later we came again with friends to stay here. We were asked to pay a fee for our children of 50 thousand per person, which a year ago we were not charged, with the same conditions.Even to move a room to a lower floor you will be charged an extra 50 thousand. How come this hotel has a money-only mindset? We got the same total price as a hotel whose quality was much better than this hotel.Honestly, I am disappointed with the service of this hotel and will not come here again.Parking is enough for just 4 cars.

Very good hotel at an affordable price. The location is also close to UNRAM and Epicentrum Mall. Every time I stop by for a while in Mataram, I always stay at this hotel. This hotel is also strictly sharia, when staying with someone of the opposite sex, their marital status will be checked. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Once my room's AC wasn't cold, they immediately replaced the room.

Simple check in. The room is comfortable but the floor is dusty, it seems like it's not swept every day.There is a cafe or restaurant at the reception but the prices are quite expensive. For example, hot tea/ice tea is 10 thousand.
