Location far from everywhere.The room is very dirty and there is often a smell coming out of the bathroom water hole and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room and there are mice in the hallway.There is no tissue and there is no drinking water either.The male officers are very lazy and unfriendly.My advice is don't stay here!!

The location is on the side of the main road but quite far from the airport or city center.The service was very bad (unfriendly to customers), there was no water, tissue or towels for bathing and had to be asked for repeatedly for unclear reasons (the staff were very lazy to serve customers & took it lightly) even though the customer needed to shower before going to work.My advice, it's better to never stay here, there are still many cheap accommodations with 1 - 3 stars but much better.I was forced to stay here because the hotels were full book regarding the Mandalika MotoGP event.

I made a reservation for a week, and on the first day I went, I could barely sleep for one day and escaped the next day. The first reason is that the bathroom was clearly a toilet seat, but it smelled like a traditional bathroom, and the door was broken, so the smell came all the way into the room. Second, the pillow cover and blanket had a strong sour smell that I couldn't use. I couldn't do it. I just slept with a towel on my back. And the Wi-Fi didn't work. I told them more than 3 times that the Wi-Fi didn't work, but they only answered. I didn't even know the location.It's so far from Kuta Beach, and the only closest travel destination is Sasak Village. It was truly the worst hotel of my life. It was such a waste of money I made a reservation for a week.

Be careful who wants to order. It's closed. It's really scary to come there at night and there are the sounds of crows. It's all dark again. There are lots of weeds in front of it. Like a haunted house. I've already booked and I can't get my money back😢😢 zonk2... Be careful, friends. Hopefully it will be closed quickly in the application. So you don't get bored like me.
