The staff here are so friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. My room didn't have a lock on the balcony door (which you can access from the top floor chill area) and when I explained I wouldn't feel safe sleeping they immediately added a lock to it for me!They always greet you with "welcome home" when you get back which I loved. There are a bunch of cute cats there too.If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs though as although it's far enough away to not be bothered by the bars, you might get woken up early by the mosque. I personally didn't mind it, but useful to be prepared.

No organization. We booked a bungalow and when we arrived they gave us two beds in a shared room. When I told them that was not what I had booked, they cleaned the bungalow in 2 minutes (sweeping and putting two towels on the bed). Dirty sheets and objects from other guests under the bed.

When we arrived they tried to give us a room much worse than the one we had reserved, after arguing for a while they agreed with us and took us to our room, it was dirty and the water didn't work. Rooms very different from the photos, I do not recommend it.

We could not stay since we had made a reservation through Google maps and when we arrived they told us that they had not registered it, therefore there was no room available. What we can highlight is that they got us a room in the Homestay next door for the price we wanted. But I recommend booking through booking since their reservation system seems not to be well managed from what I read in other reviews as well.

Really nice homestay with comfortable rooms and a really good vibe. The staff is what makes this place unique! Everybody is very welcoming and friendly, always giving you a warm welcome when you arrive back.
