The resort is very remote but worth it!Great coral reefs, breathtaking diversity underwater, the resort is very well maintained with a great view of the sea and the Kalimaya team is simply great! I enjoyed every day and would go there again at any time. I can only recommend it. A dream destination.

Kalimaya Dive Resort is a first class dive resort.The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The food is excellent and professionally presented each meal and a very wide variety of food served every meal. We stayed for 8 nights and had 14 great and varied dive sites from muck, to drift, to canyon, to volcano and to wall dives. All of these dives were made even more special by a very hard working and talented dive guide and our friend, Jimmy. His non-stop attention to detail, care for all divers and the environment make up the special character that Jimmy is. We dived the Kalimaya house reef day and night for 7 dives and never got tired of it. Thank you to all the staff at Kalimaya for a great holiday.

We carried out a family stay (8 people for 5 days) to discover the seabed of Indonesia.This hotel is a real favorite. Beyond the magnificent setting, we were touched by the kindness of all the people working at the resort: the diving instructors (Jimmy, Hadji, Mercy and Eddy) the boat captain (Habibi), the staff at reception and in kitchen (Nicky, etc.). They were all fantastic- they came to pick us up by boat at the komodo- incredible kindness throughout the stay- we organized a guitar concert on the last day of our stay- they allowed me to accompany my family (not being able to dive) snorkeling and adapted.- offered us to go wakeboarding at the end of the day at the back of the speadboat- they got up at 3 a.m. to say goodbye to us- the meals were varied from local cuisine to help us discover the flavors of their countryBeyond the exceptional setting, what makes this hotel so charming are all the people who take care of it! A very big thank you and it was with tears in our eyes that we left! Thank you for giving everything to make us happy. You are beautiful people!

100% recommend this fantastic resort. The team were great from start to finish and did everything to ensure we had the perfect holiday. Beautiful location that is perfect for relaxing, great food that is happily served by the team with a very creative and tasty menu that changed daily. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The diving was phenomenal. Amazing healthy reefs to be explored with no other divers or boats to be seen at any of the dive sites. Gili Banta was incredible and the canyon was such a unique experience. We felt truly spoiled with the 5 star service onboard and felt very safe and looked after by all the crew.

We decided to travel from Lombok to Labuan Bajo with our car. What an adventure! The drive is quite long, but the scenery is amazing. Even with the beautiful scenery, we were completely exhausted by the time we got to Kalimaya.Everyone, and I mean everyone, made those feeling go away. Aji and his crew are amazing!We have stayed at many dive resorts throughout the world but none have been this customer foucused. They are always making sure your stay is pleasant without being “too aggressive”.
The restort staff was always available if we had questions. The dive crew really seemed to enjoy diving and adapted to the group that they were taking out.Also, if you have an UW camera, you will love their camera room. Brilliant!Great job everyone at the resort. I would name more people, but I’m afraid of missing a few names. Everyone was perfect!
