I had a nightmare experience here. I get to the hotel to checkin but no-one is there. It turns out the hotel was shutdown even though I had a booking confirmation and paid for 10 days! I then had to scramble to find new accommodation for later that night. This place seems to be very poorly managed and in my opinion is untrustworthy.

I was suppose to stay 1 week in this place, i enjoyed it so much that i staid for almost 1 month.The room is really comfortable and clean.The location is perfect to enjoy the waves.The restaurant is good.Thank Alex (the owner) and all the staff for this amazing stay.Hope to see you next year.

Stayed and eat at three waves had a great experience. My bed was very comfortable. The owner was quite engaging and I was able to watch the Olympics for the first time on a 30 day trip. Because she went out of her way to make it happen. Would definitely stay here again.

We went there on July 30 for lunch. We ordered a few meals including 2 pizzas that took 2 hours to prepare, without prior info that it would take forever. The owner was there, with no smiles n no apologies. With the high price n the supposedly prime location the service is far from satisfactory. One input for the owner: you should learn hospitality aa we the locals do. Smile n greet your customers. Don't just sit there with a drop down facePS: I saw your reply below n I found it even more insulting. You as the owner should hv the courtesy to talk to us nicely n require us not to bring the wine to drink at your premise (by the way there was no sign of OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED). FYI lady, we spent almost 1 million for your food n other drinks. We didn't just use your glasses to drink our wine. Besides, what else could we do to kill 2 hours while waiting for the pizzas?

Such a great spot!! The vibe in the restaurant is so fun, friendly, community vibes. They have some cool artwork on the walls and unique seating but heaps of comfy cushions. The food is the best white people food you’ll get around the area with heaps of options. Homemade pizza based and pasta, and all good quality. I had the chicken schnitzel burger which was fab. There’s also a beautiful set up out the front with bean bags, day loungers, cute lights looking over the beach. Not to mention, they play sports on the TVs so plenty of entertainment!

Just stopped by for dinner. Nice beachfront location. Beer cold. Dinner order never made it - kitchen staff are a disaster. The restaurant lacks the skills to turn an order into a meal delivered to the correct customer, or at all.
Go for the beer and views. Go elsewhere for food.

I don't know why this doesn't pop up as #1 on all the sites - it is hands down THE place to be, especially at sunset. It has the best chef in the village, local staff, icy cold beers, fresh fruit and of course amazing views.

Although the restaurant was closed, the owner agreed to welcome us and accommodate us for 1 week.Very comfortable accommodation with a view of the beach.Aci was very kind and helpful to us.We recommend for a stay at Lakey Peak and hope to return!!

Me and my wife stayed here for 10 days!! We had a great time and chilled out to the max. We ate here a few times and the food is great. I was able to watch rugby world cup and premier League games. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the beds are very comfortable. There are smart TVs in the rooms. We will return!!!

The food seemed mediocre. Although my friend liked the pasta.APD: The prices are good, the atmosphere is good, but the preparation takes sooooo long. And it doesn’t matter whether you come during the day or in the evening. You can wait an hour

Beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms with a lovely interior and great balconies for surf checks. Friendliest staff with the biggest smiles in town. Such great atmosphere in the restaurant, with a delicious and varied menu and the best coffee in Lakey. Looking forward to coming back already!

Good place, the first row with real sea view, I think it is the restaurant with the most beautiful view in Lakey Peak, the food is also delicious, I will definitely come again if I have the chance

Great dinner by the beach. Variety of cuisines from Mexican through to Indonesian. Breakfast is a must ... amazing coffee from Tambora and a fabulous view. 80s sound tracks play throughout... shaded bean bags and a chilled atmosphere...
