Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience at Naja Guesthouse. We booked 3 nights but because the a/c wasn’t working and the owner couldn’t find any solution we ended up moving to another hotel on our first night.However the owner was kind enough to cancel our stay what allow us to get our money back, he didn’t give us any help or support finding solutions for this problem.Also, when we arrived the room was smelling like hangover and the bed sheets hadn’t been change (it was clear the smell of different perfumes, cigarettes and alcohol on them). Also the side bed tables were loose and unsafe to use. An extra point for the cabinets and hangers available in the room.The bathroom, besides spacious, smelled like eggs, the sink had a water leak and the toilet flush was broken.The surrounding could also be easily improved offering a better experience when using the outside area - each room has a quite nice private balcon and the guesthouse has a small outside kitchen that you can use.Location wise it’s ok but not amazing and the road until there it’s full of garbage.Over all I believe that you can find better deals in the island.

The rooms and property needs some maintenance. Unfortunately everything is not in the same condition as it is described here in other reviews. Bed side tables falling apart, sinks completely loose and a door that seems very unsafe. The staff is very nice. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but extremely extremely dirty and full of trash all the way there. You really feel like walking trough a trash disposal site. That is of course not the hotels fault, but it makes you feel uncomfortable, especially at night.

Inwas pretty lucky stay here when I visited gili trawangan. Far away from the main and that's a good thing. So quiet. I still keep in touch with Asep, he is the one that will make your life easier. He will find you a bike to rent, good food less pricey, he is the Hero!

very clean room with AC, the location is perfect if you want some calm, the man at the reception is so kind and friendly! Always available and smiling! I came here 2weeks ago and came back without hesitation! Would highly recommend !! :)

I like Naja Homestay... Even though it's cheap, it's not cheap. Good service, okay facilities. Those looking for cheap accommodation are recommended to come here.

I found it randomly via Google Maps and I was quite impressed with the condition of this accommodation. The location is quite deep into the village area, so it's nice to take a break from the hustle and bustle of live music on the edge of Gili Trawangan.There are also bicycle rentals, and most importantly, this accommodation is located close to a local shop. I bought racing rice and also mineral water to eat at the accommodation, the price was still reasonable, unlike on the edge of Gili Trawangan.Cleanliness is also maintained. The exhaust in the bathroom also functions optimally. What's unfortunate is that the water still tastes like brackish water. So it's a bit sticky when you shower.The service from the receptionist is also good, they like to chat too so that for us tourists we get new insights about Gili Trawangan.

Nice rooms, quiet place not far from the beach, friendly staff
