Old rooms due to age are normal. You can stay and sleep. There's nothing to think about too much.At this price, it is considered cheap and worth it if you have to stay for several days. (We came to do training errands)Staff will clean 2 days per time. Drinking water is provided every day.At the entrance there is a very delicious Somtam Jae Rang shop.And exit the alley, turn left, P'Tan's a la carte shop is very delicious.(Plus the coordinates are given in case anyone coming to stay will know the restaurants near this hotel.)7-Eleven can order and have it delivered to the building. There is a win-win service at the entrance of the alley.It's not lonely, there are always people walking. I consider it impressive.

Horrible horribleVery bad location, far from BTS. Every taxi in and out of the place minimum 15 mins jam is guaranteed. Nearby there isn't anything I can promote. Maybe has a family market around 5-10 mins walk which is helpful as they don't provide most stuff.Old place with poor furnishings. Lousy Aircon that's sounds like a tank every night. The mattress us awfully uncomfortable, bedsheets comes off easily. Quilt cover and quilt is very poor quality.Gave me sleepless 4 long nights.No shower curtains , shower head cannot be properly secured so no matter how careful I am, the water splashes out making it slippery and dangerous for kids or even adults. Cleaning of room to every 3 days , so 1 towel for the 3 of us for 3 days.The counter lady is worst of the place. Cannot speak Thai is my fault. Google translate helps. But every single requests I made came with with her fluent reply. "no"Good point is even she rejected every of my single requests, she agreed to arrange for cleaning on the 2nd day of my 4 days stay, provided me a bowl even she said they don't have.Ok the price is good but, no I won't try again. And I don't think I will ever try such places again.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and the air conditioning is cool.There is a sofa to sit and watch TV. With a corner for sitting and working But there is no chair for sitting and working. But got a room next to the road. The car noise is loud all the time.

I've been staying here for two months and it's a nice cozy place to stay. It's a good building at a reasonable price with facilities.Pros:Spacious rooms with good equipmentsInteriors are well doneGym access is freeCons:Cleaning is averageThere was noise disturbance which I complained a couple of times but nothing was doneOverall it's a good place to stay. I will keep this post updated in future.

This hotel is quite good for the cheap price. It's clean, wifi is good, a little belcony and even a small gym I never tried. The location is ok but a fair walk to the train station. May need to use grab or walk 2.1km. The staff were ok but no early check in.
