We stayed there on a recommendation of our driver and it was one of the worse places I've stayed. The rooms were filthy and smelt heavily of paint. There is not blankets on the bed just sheets the pool was murky like it hadn't been properly cleaned in some time. Mosquitoes everywhere. The staff even at the front desk spoke little to no English I had to get my phone out to show them I meant Mosquitoes. We were in a "superior" room which we paid 100k more for it was same as standard just the wall was painted green. Do not stay here there are plenty of other places for better value.Also the 5 star reviews are from staff or friends not actual people

I'm sure the staff means well, but my stay was overall disappointing. I arrived and i feel like my first room was cleaned by a blind person. There was a drawer where the trash literally was bulging out. One of the towels was covered in ants, and the bathroom was a dark, smelly space that was rather dirty. They quickly moved me to another room, but the bathroom was the same situation. The whole place is in desperate need of some repairs. And there's only so much you can blame on cultural differences. My last morning I had a lot of trouble ordering breakfast (which is very basic, but good). The girl was very sweet, bless her heart, but if she doesn't speak any english, she shouldn't be taking orders. This is just undertrained staff.
