Not recommended, the villa is a bit lacking in maintenance, warm water in the bathroom, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, the towels are shabby, the fried rice is (rated 5 out of 10)

The price for a bungalow room at Christmas is 800k plus an extra bed for children 250k for a total of 1050k. It's not recommended to get a bungalow room downstairs, if you want to go out you're guaranteed to waste a lot of money, especially if you're carrying a lot of stuff/carrying a child.What made it most uncomfortable was that the sleeping mattress had fallen so it was slanted and also the hot water was on but it was only enough for 1 person, the rest was waiting for it to heat up again for 12 hours (afternoon-morning). At PHP, the villa officer said he had called a technician, told him to wait 20 minutes, then added 30 minutes, added an hour and it still wouldn't get hot, he said in the morning if it wasn't hot he would want to replace the water heater machine. Finally in the morning it got hot, but it turned out there was only enough for 2 people (on purpose to be economical in using hot water), and when I checked out the water wasn't hot anymore. The kids finally took a cold shower. Dear Mr. Basuki, owner of Vila Agro, please pay attention to our review so that no more customers are harmed because of discomfort. It's been reported by members, why don't they just keep quiet, there's no follow-up, instead they leave to avoid complaints

The place was truly hygienic, clean, also the bedsheets were regularly changed and being cleaned.Although the altitude here is close to 1.200 metres above sea, the room was greatly ventilated that it prevent any damp condition, the service and food here was also great (:But, perhaps it's a bad luck that my tv at my room (No. 12) was happen to be broken and couldn't be switched on, so yeah, back to YouTube then 😁

Complete facilities..If you compare it with other accommodations around it, you could say it's cheap...There is a cool swimming pool...Complete view of the surroundings..Direct view of Rinjani, you can also see the hills...There is a strawberry garden...

Have been to T4 twice. The place is comfortable. The service is not bad. The owner is friendly. I grilled sweet potatoes and offered rice, thinking I was grilling fish. 😁😁😁.Best place in Sembalun
