At the beginning, the employee greeted him nicely, but when he had conveyed his intentions and complained, the employee was even more assertive and emphasized the word "not responsibility." we answered, maybe not much but the way the employees did was a bit like that where I used a calm voice from the beginning to the end of the conversation, in fact they weren't more assertive, I asked where the CCTV was, it turned out the CCTV was only in the office section and he explained that it could record sound. Also, please ask the hotel to try to listen to how the employees handle complaints and at that time one of the visitors also ended up feeling worried about his motorbike and he was polite and polite in ordering the motorbike to move according to what the waiter had indicated, while those of us who were complaining were not respected. at all. Thank you in advance if you can have CCTV, ladies and gentlemen, leaders in the parking area because even the smallest thing may be worthless or insignificant to other people, but for the owner it's different. Please cooperate.

The room is in poor condition. It seems no one has occupied it for a long time. The floor is dusty, so that you will leave footprints when you walk on it. Spider webs at all corners. You will want to flush all the dirt in the bathroom, before you use it. Be careful with the provided towel, it is very old and you might rip it up. Don't forget to flip over the pillow for the cleaner side.

The location is very strategic, in front of it there is a cafe that serves delicious coffee, spacious parking, lots of cool trees, but unfortunately when I entered the room my expectations were really high. The rooms are old school, unkempt, the bathrooms are not maintained, so the children are afraid to use them. Hopefully it can be renovated as soon as possible, because this hotel already has some good qualities

Very sad to see the condition of this first hotel in Sumbawa Besar. It's dilapidating and deteriorating. The location is great and they have a large space, but probably no money for investment for repair and upgrading. Certsinly need an investor or buyer. Otherwise it'll continue slowly dying.

January 2016, the first time I went to Sumbawa, I stayed at this hotel, checked in at midnight because I didn't know where else to go. In the morning after having breakfast at the hotel, I realized that this hotel was really strategic.... My business at that time was going to the Sumbawa Besar District Hospital and to the Sumbawa Police office. I could finish it quickly just by walking because it was very close.The hotel is old but at that time I was quite comfortable. Breakfast is also standard, there is rice and accompaniments, there is also toast at that time, for those who like coffee and tea it is also complete.For the price, I think it's reasonable, in 2016 I got a deluxe room for 250 thousand.I don't know now, wow... How fast time flies... That was 7 years ago...
