Nice building and in a good location. Spacious but very noisy room (you can hear the street and the noises from other rooms). Shower to be modernized. They don't do breakfast boxes if you have to leave early. Wifi can be improved

Stayed there for a night - lovely place and super huge room with high ceiling served by friendly staffs! The location was strategic to the beach and other eateries. The only downside we experienced was - The toilet looks old and the hotel wifi doesn't work.

This is a small little boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. It’s very comfortable and cozy . All the staff are so nice and friendly. I had to go to the clinic one day and I couldn’t ride a scooter on my own so I asked the hotel staff to help me and they were willing to pick me up and drop off for free which was really appreciated. The location is close to the beach and main city it’s walkable if you do not want to rent a bike. The toilet had abit of a smell that couldn’t go away and the TV was forever stuck in one channel. But all in all it’s a great place, great location the rooms are big spacious and clean.

Really couldn’t fault any part of our stay. Well maintained and clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and location is perfect for Kuta beach and the surrounding area. Would very much recommend and will definitely be back in future!

A solid B&B pretty much just what you need when spending a few days in Kuta.The rooms were generously large which was perfect when travelling with two young kids. We rented a baby cot with Vegababy which was a seamless process via WhatsApp and they were amazing.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They were always around to help with carrying the buggy up and down the stairs. They could slightly improve the paving to ease pushing a buggy from outside though.Location is right next to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and laundry options. It’s also opposite a new mall/shop centre that has a few stores open like a spa, a cool Malaysian restaurant, clothes shop and more on the way.It is like a 10-15 minute walk to Kuta’s main stretch.

Nice comfi hotel with an amazing resto! The food is really good and the rooms are huge. Could use some smaller repairs but besides that amazing. But the best are the staff who are all friendly, up for a chat and super polite. Also a very special thanks to Hendri, who found my watch which was a birthday present and made sure to sent it me via post after I have left the island already free of charge. What a legend!

+ fresh water bottles daily+ daily fresh fruit bowl with six fruits+ Location: Close to the beach and many surrounding cafes, restaurants, shops and scooter rentals+ Side street, less noise+ spacious room size (space for indoor sports), sofa, desk and pleasant bathroom- WLAN connection drops (after 5 minutes of inactivity)- worn furniture (stains on sofa and torn bed sheets)

Great staff. But it’s better not to take rooms with windows facing the road - it’s noisy. The only negative is that the hotel does not have a pool
