We had a great stay here. Yann took us to see a concert in a restaurant. The fried noodles that his mom made for us were excellent as well as the banana pancakes for breakfast! The view from the room over the rice fields is incredible. Yann and his family helped us find a taxi and scooters. Thank you so much :)))

Great view from the balcony outside the room. Quiet location. Host provided tour at Tetebatu. Friendly host and friendly family. You can ask host for recommedations around the area and for transportation out of Tetebatu. You can see village lifestyleLocation is good for hiking Mount Sangkareang. There are also restaurants near the homestay.Value for money. Guests will need to manage their expectations as it is a very basic living condition and based on the price.Overall I would visit again

Hi... Guys, you will definitely feel calm at Tetebatu Rice Terrace Home Stay. Waking up in the morning you can sit and drink coffee and see the view of Mount Rinjani.

Had a great stay here. It's a good place to unwind and enjoy the amazing view over the rice terraces and the sunrise in the morning. The family is lovely and helpful and the food is delicious.

Room was nice, bed was comfy and view beautifull. I liked staying there👌Only minus is they are pretty new in business, so too exited and keep asking whats your plans and push you to some tours or activity etc.I think the place is very nice for a couple to chill, just make sure to tell them you just want rest.Waterfall is worth visiting and just 5mins walking and 20k.

Very nice accommodation, the view from the terrace is really beautiful! You can even observe Mount Rinjani in good visibility🤩.The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. Unfortunately it is not at the room but outside, but for us that was not a problem! It is a homestay and not a hotel!The son of the family knows English really well and helps with any problem. He is very attentive and cares about the well-being of the guests. The food of the accommodation is also delicious, we tried the gado-gado. WLan also works, but you have to ask - but is not a problem, because the WLan works well.Breakfast was more filling than expected, we tried the banana pancake and were disappointed at first how small it is but you can't let that influence you. We were super full and that until noon! The pancake was very tasty too!🥞🤩The Monkey Forest and beautiful rice fields are within walking distance.We can recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to travel away from mass tourism and look a little into the lives of the locals. We liked it very much!☺️

Very nice homestay. The room and bathroom are super clean and the beds are comfortable. The owners are super nice. Especially the son of the family takes great care of the guests and helps with any problem. The location is perfect and it is super quiet. Perfect to relax. You can sit on the terrace for hours and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains! The free breakfast is also really tasty and filling. I had gado-gado here for dinner, which was also incredibly tastyI can definitely recommend this accommodation!

The view is amazing, and the room was comfortable, but i didn't appreciate that the ad wasn't accurate at all regarding the toilet. They sell you as ensuite, but it was in fact downstairs, very cold shower, no flush, no bin (for the ladies wasn't very handy).If the ad had been accurate it would've been okay, as i know most places are simple like this, but I do hate being misguided.Also they're very pushy with their tours, they offer you a ride to a village and suddenly you find yourself in an handcraft tour and expected to pay in the end...without any explanation. Even tho we kept asking to go home after the initial village, we were still taken to more spots of the supposed "tour" we didn't even wanted to do in the first place, and yet every time we stopped, they would procrastinate sooo much with cigarette breaks hoping us to buy something. Right there i decided to check out the next day, i wasn't comfortable in staying any longer...yet i still paid for the second night i didn't stay.All we wanted to do was to walk around the fields, and explore tetebatu by ourselves...

A wonderful homestay in quiet Tetebatu with a lovely local family! This place has the most incredible view of mount Rinjani and the rice terraces literally right outside your door! It is also an amazing spot to catch the sunrise. …

Five star is not for the building you stay in but for the scenery and beautiful views around. It is a rustic local experience and that people are extremely friendly.
