The sunset springs resort is a set of bungalows located on a large beachfront lawn. This is a place where you can quietly do nothing for hours or days by the clear water of a black sand beach.There are no warungs in walking distance and the fact that the onsite kitchen only served breakfast when we were here would've made eating problematic, if you don't have a scooter as there is no transport in this area. Luckily we had a scooter and the Bale hoa restaurant 3 klms north is fantastic.

Amazing place on Lombok. All bungalows, very spacious outside, just in front of the ocean. The owners are really nice and for the money you get alot. Special place, recommend!

Avoid this place at all costs. Even it’s cheap, but it’s NOT worth it.We were eaten alive by the mosquito army, there were just too many of them even with insect repellent, they survived and attacked.Just open the door briefly and the mosquitoes flies in.No kettle in the room, we must shared among ourselves for ONE kettle in this so called resort. No amenities provided too, luckily I brought my own soap. Smelly towels, pillows and blanket. It was a tough night to sleep well.They provided dinner but with very very limited choices, might as well don’t provide. No lights at the cafe/checkin area, we dined in the dark.I think the owner should close it down and renovated again, it’s just not livable for guests.

Thank you Sunset Spring Beach Resort for having us again🙏!This is the best place to experience the real Lombok vibs 💕Bonus: Alfie (the chef ❤️), is a hidden gem, in my opinion one of the best chefs of Indonesia, plus the lovely staff that is always willing to teach you some Bahasa!Yes... Covid might have hit a bit but the magic of this place is still intact!Can't wait to come back next year 🙌💕

The place is nice by the beach, the staff is very friendly. The room concept is like a private room, the bathroom has an open shower, so you can look at the view above. It's just that if you want to check-in late, it's better to confirm with the hotel first, yesterday check-in was at 6 pm and the reception was closed, and the staff on duty happened to be out, so you were confused and couldn't get in, fortunately the location was near a resident's house so you could ask residents around the number of staff who work there. The room was nice and clean, the only downside was that the curtains weren't wide enough, so there were several parts of the window that weren't completely covered by the curtains.

Amazing place which links you with a local community, brings you to beautiful beach where you can snorchl or watch breathtaking sunset/ sunrise, gives you nice accommodation and cooks local cuisine which we loved!The owner and local staff are extremely friendly and super interesting - ask for their stories behind building this special place.

This is a quiet, peaceful place where you can be alone with yourself and with nature. Black volcanic sand. The clearest sea in the calm. And you may find yourself completely alone on this beach...
