A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and attentiveness really made our stay extra special.The room was spacious and full of character, making it feel both charming and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious, which added to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation.We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!

It was an amazing experience.The place is wonderful, the host and the staff were great. Also the food that was cooked there by the chef was better than any place else in Lombok.The only problem we faced was the Huge geckos that were coming inside the house (but it is completely normal in Lombok), but the staff were so helpful and always came to get rid of the geckos.(I was there in 2018)

The rooms are not bad but you can see that everything is worn out, old and poorly maintained. Zero in line with the photos!They clean your room every morning but the rest of the facilities are always dirty.The attention leaves a lot to be desired if someone shows up to assist you.The location is terrible, the beach that says it is 4 minutes away is not recommended and there is nothing nearby to eat or do that you can walk or take less than 30 minutes by motorcycle.

The hotel it self is ok, although the pictures are old so it is runned down. However, the restaurant is only open for breakfast, which is problematic since there are not many options nearby. The staff are hard to reach, reception is always empty.Ok to stay if u rent a scooter. Upside: they provide scooters for 70K/day.

Very nice restaurant owner who cooks the best gado gado.The beds in the hostel are comfortable and large. The outdoor area with pool is also great.
