a room with a bed and a shower/tap (cold water only) and a toilet that flushed poorly. Hygiene is hard to find

I encountered bedbugs when I entered the room, so I reported it to the manager, he didn't believe me despite the supporting videos, he made me change rooms but I found bedbug droppings under the mattress in the other bedroom. So I obviously asked for a refund, which he objected to and told me that it was me who brought them back with me, then told me that I could leave but that he wouldn't let me would not refund.I don't recommend he spoke to me very badly and was very dishonest, I'm shocked.

Service is absolutely awesome! Staff is super friendly! I had no airco which was not too bad as the weather was OK. But something to keep in mind. But I had an amazing stay!

The room was clean, and the air con worked.We asked for an extra blanket because the one on the bed was quite small and they gave it to us without any problems.There is free tea and coffee, as well as breakfast (chocolate and banana pancakes, or honey)

Small homestay with friendly people and on a budget homestay, but the location and it from the centre. You have to cross the motorway to get to the centre. In Kuta there is no Grab, Taxi, !!!We had to pay an extra 100k to have airco in the room. Maybe a detail for some but there was no mirror in the room. The bed was not very comfortable.

Good price but we feel that the relationship is only customer/manager. We stayed 10 days, not a single move, we paid full price for the scooter even though we picked it up at 3 p.m. on the first day and returned it at 12 p.m. on the last. Severely lacking in business sense.The bathrooms are really poor quality. Gani is not always very honest.
