A beautiful accommodation right on the beach of Kuta beach. If you want it to be local and cheap, this is the place for you. The family is wonderful. I felt very comfortable. There is a nice green area in front of the room. Everything is very easy to reach on foot.

I have been travelling in south asia for 4 months now and this is the dirtiest place i have stayed. The walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, bed sheets questionable. When i turned the shower on, there was a wave of dirt swimming around on the floor. They also tried to get more money out of us at every oppourtunity, so beware and know what you have agreed to pay. We booked through agoda at 150k idr, he tried to charge 450k for 2 nights, when we questioned it he said ok but then tried to charge 450k for 3 nights. He also offered us transit to the gili's for 30k extra than if you just walk outside and look at the sign at the front.We got the shuttle transit, which we thought was strange as he drove us in a private car, then 15mins before we reached the gili port he said "oh my mistake, it should be shuttle bus so can you pay more for private car" which we said was not fair and didnt pay... he then asked 3/4 more times.This place gets a star for the breakfast though. The banana pancakes were delicious.Its a shame they continually tried to con us out of money. Without that and a bit of a clean, this could be a nice place.

I was with Sam Jones... Bad experience. Pay a little more to stay somewhere with nice reviews as we couldn't find any and took our chances.
