Stayed 6 days in villa, was extremely disappointed to realise that villas are being build all around it which meant that Monday to Saturday from 8am to 4.30pm there is constant noise, so much it is difficult to speak on phone outside side. When wanting to sit by private pool, there are up to five construction workers at eye level building villa next door.The pool itself is very small, can only sit in it as standing water is knee height, roughly 2 by 3 metres in size.Villa was well equipped but found items in both the kitchen and bathroom left over from previous occupants.We had two bedrooms and both beds extremely hard and both the rooms airconditioners are very noisy.Found some items broken and / or not working, sun lounge broken, kitchen pipe leaks water and toilet washer hanging off wall.The house manager is new to area, struggled to provide us address location in which we needed to book our tour from, he provided us address of hotel next door which is confusing to us and our drivers. He will refer you to a local tour operator for all activities.Golf course, valet parking, and 24-hour front desk are listed on accommodation but are not part of this villa.Convenient location as walking distance to town. Nice touch to have sugar tea and coffee supplied in villa.

Very very good accommodation!The manager and all the staff took great care, even offering services (taxis/scooter) with fair prices!The location is great, all restaurants are a maximum of 8 minutes on foot!The accommodation is amazing and modern overall, cute little pool above the house with a large terrace.Above all, the staff is very responsive to the slightest problem!I thank you very much!
