The location in Kuta was super mega and super central. However, the rooms are very old. Mold in the bathroom, a hole and lots of woodworms in the wall. The service was ok. Communication in English was not possible. The bed linen was also changed upon request. Cleaning properly once wouldn't hurt the rooms either. But if you set your expectations aside, it's a nice place to stay.

Given the price of the rooms or exceeded my expectations. It's nice and quiet in the night so if you are light sleeper, this is a plus taken the area in consideration.Clean and comfortable bed. AC not the strongest had to have it running on turbo and lowest temperature all the time to get it to cool.Shower is a little alternative, but ok.

Spent 10 days at Beruga. The staff was lovely and helpful, we even got to taste some freshly baked biscuits. Excellent location (central but quiet), and the pool is a lot of fun: it's small but surprisingly deep. The wifi and the AC are acceptable. Although the bathroom cabinets could do with some renovations, what made me fall in love with this place (apart from the most adorable kittens who run around freely) was its cute design: all the bungalows look a bit different, and the garden is lush.

Great spot if you’re looking for an affordable, centrally located place to lay low. Pool is great, wifi is ok - wouldn’t take video calls on it, but you can do basic work there. Bathroom with the outdoor shower is incredible. Good air conditioning too.4 stars because when we were there, we had a fair amount of mosquitos in our room despite keeping doors closed. Nothing too bad though.

Super comfy beds, cold air con, hot showers, great location, lovely owners, cute kittens, stayed for over 2 weeks we were very comfortable and reasonable price. Swimming pool was lovely too. Cleaned the room daily too

Close to downtown and clean interior. The staff was very friendly and other services were also very satisfactory. They rented me a new motorcycle at a reasonable price. I was here for 4 days and 3 nights.

The hotel is very aesthetic even though it is in a small alley. But the hotel's location is very close to busy centers, for example restaurants, minimarkets, cafes, bars, lounges and beaches. Rooms are neat and clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful. There are small pool facilities and free coffee/tea at the reception. There is a television, mineral water, towels and toiletries.
